Title: RP Report - Mike Kevin and Kouki. [Dario]

Report against:
Mike Kevin and Kouki

Description of events:
I took a bike and rolled out of LSPD garage while saw Kouki and Mike Kevin racing or shits with a civillian car and when I asked them why were they driving a civillian car, they said that they are not SAPD and ARPD are allowed to drive a civillian car.

Law enforcement staff including all ARPD may ONLY use registered* police vehicles to carry out law enforcement duties, this includes chase work.
They may use civilian vehicles ONLY to return to a duty station from where they they can then obtain a registered* police vehicle.
* a registered police vehicle is one that has its owner as SAPD or SWAT or FBI. and is not a faked vehicle!

I see, but you should know the rules before going on duty and Kouki argued with me about this issue that there is no such rule.

Dear I'm SAPD Supervisory Staff Sergeant Dario Cipone and I'll be handling this report.

Mr. Mike Kevin, are you knowledged about the rule that are stated in this forum, so you should know that's not possible to patrol with a citizen cruiser.

Telling that you took it because was with a random guys, doesn't authorize you to go around with it.

You can simply lock it.

When you're on duty, you're authorized to use your citizen car, or a state one, just for returning to the PD and take your police cruiser.

You were already at LSPD, so it means that if you want to go around, non patrolling just by using your car, you have to go off duty.

Is that clear?

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the October the 2nd  2013, at 09:25 a report was submitted by Mark_Knight as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Supervisory Staff Sergeant Dario Cipone

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- Officers MikeThePenguin (ex Mike_Kevin) and Kouki, were found going around with civilian cars that's forbidden.
-- In front of this, Officer Kouki didn't reply at the report. Officer MikeThePenguin used to lie in front of the staff instead of admitting. Also, after that, he ignored this report.

-- In conclusion, Officer Kouki, will go through 1 hour of copban. Officer MikeThePenguin, will go through  1 day of copban.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via the ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
