Officer TinMan - Andeey - [021]Matheew All of them are ARPD :::: Reason - Aiming civilians on Traffic Stop and Killing idle suspects on the ground while RPing.
Description of events:
I was on FireMan duty when a fire has been started at Foster Valley when the mission finished i had a slow car so i drived at SF Doherty when i saw a Big Truck (faster car) so i switch cars.
When i saw Officer TinMan and Andeey ON the heroin spot so i came there and ask them what they are doing over there? and they said that i was ordering heroin i mean what the @@@ was that?
After a little chat i said i am leaving.
Then TinMan came and /s1 me and i stopped!
TinMan and Andeey were aiming me with M4 on a Traffic Stop while i was Civilian i wasnt suspect screenshots proves that moreover i warned officers why the aim me (they didnt answear)
Some minutes later Officer [021]Matheew came and start hitting me with Nightstick while i was Civilian some minutes later i got su by officer TinMan for ordering then an admin named Gibson i think /unsu me for Order what? then TinMan re-su me for Assaulting-Evade they start spraying me and hitting me with Nightstic and SHOOT me with Deagle then i felled on the ground (/hurt 4) then Officer [021]Matheew killed me while i was on the ground.
Possible Witnesses:
Nobody only me!

Officer TinMan has already been punished for all the rulebreaks he has performed, and being banned from this forum won't be able to post here.
The report will however remain open waiting for the other officers' statement about the incident.

Due to failure to provide his side of the story after being informed to do so, Officer Andeey is considered guilty within the charge of "Assualting civilian with deadly" force.
Therfore a copban of 3 days will be issued.
