Report against:
DrugMan (http://panel.argonathrpg.eu/index.php/profile/79005) - -Misuse of firearms or other duty weapons (excessive force, shooting standing suspects etc.)

Description of events:
I was waiting for an investigation at LSPD, this officer was forcing me to get jailed, using force. Fists were used.

Possible Witnesses:
Nobody of non-involved citizens.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the October the 25th  2013, at 01:45 HOURS a report was submitted by S1mon as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Deputy Chief Mike Sangelo

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- ARPD Officer DrugMan, now known as Amazing Horror was physically assaulting a standing still suspect while he was surrendered, and cuffed during an investigation.

-- In conclusion, ARPD Officer Amazing Horror will be suspended from duty for a period of three (3) hours for assault on standing still suspects for no legitimate reasoning.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this the Chief via an ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
