Description of events:After several warnings at PD radio and pm ,Officer Vybz keeps driving with his non marked vehicle joining RP scene's then i decided to take a screenshot about that .

Hello, I have some questions for you Pablo, what did ARPD Officer Vybz do after you told him that he was breaking a rule?

I will extend the time to respond for ARPD Officer Vybz, because for him and other people there are problems to registrate on the forums, some problem with registrstion mail.

Officer Vybz left his statement in my personal message inbox in the game as he has trouble making the account, this is what he wrote, he has used his Sultan to get to the event too. As the statement is given, I can go ahead, no need for that question any more Pablo.

Have seen this officer driving around in Bullet, after several warnings from other officers over police radio... but didnt took a pic of it..

As I have both of the statements now, I will review the whole report and come with a final verdict soon. Please mind that Officer Vybz used his car in the event, and also was a judge there.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On October the 28st, at 03:01 a report was submitted by Pablo Escobar as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Training Sergeant Bryan McCollin

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- The evidence shows that ARPD Officer Vybz failed to patrol with an official police vehicle. He has breached ARPD Rule #9, even after being instructed to do so by fellow officers. ARPD Officer Vybz has also used his personal car to get to the event at Market, Officer Vybz should get the PD vehicle, or even better, get off duty.

-- In conclusion, ARPD Officer Vybz will receive a official warning. If this rule will be broken again by ARPD Officer Vybz, a more severe punishment can be given.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via the ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
