Report against:
[Blo0dy]ThePunisher - Bad behavior on duty, arguing with other officers by the radio, disrespectful attitude towards duty colleagues, not using marked vehicles while on duty
Description of events:
I was standing-by with officer Alex Brooks at the Las Venturas side of LS-LV highway, when the officer came in rushing with a Cheetah or a Banshee or a vehicle with a similar engine sound by us. Those cars are obviously unmarked, therefor I had to inform him about how this is against the regulations. He refused to comply, having a bad attitude towards us, despite we tried to help him and guide him. This can be confirmed by the photos.

Hello!
My name is Alex_Brooks and i witnessed that the officer was using a non PD vehicle,and when we told him to change it he refused and told us that he was eating.

The 48 hours have passed. I will continue without a statement of officer [Blo0dy]ThePunisher.

Despite I have contacted him and told him that he has to check and respond to his report, he has a lack of interest on it. The report will be based on the evidence that has been given.

Can you please provide any other screens, since it looks now as a blurp.

However I understand that the report Mircea sees this as an unmarked car. This can be explained that he witnessed it by his own eyes. Therefore I request a more detailed image.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the October 28, 2013, 20:33 HOURS a report was submitted by Mircea. as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Sergeant Caion Cortis

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

The evidence that has been given isn't clear enough. The picture given by Mircea, doesn't proof the guilt of ARPD officer [Blo0dy]ThePunisher. Since it is unclear what kind of car it is was. Therefore another picture have been requested. Yet, there was found no response at the request.

However ARPD officer [Blo0dy]ThePunisher has been very proactive and insultive. According the constitution any who commits such an offence should be punished.

As there is no response from ARPD officer [Blo0dy]ThePunisher, we will proceed without him.

-- In conclusion, ARPD Officer [Blo0dy]ThePunisher will be suspended from duty for a period of 1 day.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via the ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
