Title: [ARPD report] gamermarcel and supershield [DARXEZ]

Description of events:
At some moment I arrived to LSCH, and I saw an empty police car parked right in front of LSCH. So I pushed it to the side, as according Act III.III of Section III of Argonath Constitution, this can be an offence. After that I was pushed out of my car and violently attacked by those officers, without a legal reason, resulting in serious wounds and complete loss of my armor.
According SAPD regulations, force can be used if life of an officer is in danger or if the suspect is attacking or running away. But I was not even suspected at that time and I was just violently attacked..

I got only 1 problem, I got no proof for the armor, do you have any other screens or logs ? And can Pagon post here aswell ?

I saw most of the things that happened that day. I didn't see any ramming though because of my arrival time, but it's very plausible as the officers had their cruiser parked directly on S1mon's car bumper.

When I parked near LSCH, I saw two officers carjacking a civilian (S1mon) and starting to violenty attack him. I tried to tell them to stop doing so, as S1mon was still a civilian, but they refused to comply even after shouting to them. One discharged a deagle on him (gamermarcel most likely), and the other continued the attack with a pepperspray. After S1mon had lost his armor the officers suspected him, where S1mon instantly acted, and surrendered with /gu.

After this I don't believe that the officers continued their assault on S1mon, and after that I leaved the scene, and that's all.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the November the 8th 2013, at 15:48 HOURS a report was submitted by Simon Lee as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Sergeant Revan Darxez

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- Both of the Officers were seen aiming at the Civilian, violating the ARPD Regulations due the fact they threatened a innocent civilian,
-- Officers refused to respond to the report itself after several attempt were made. They've been found inactive aswell.

-- In conclusion, Both Officers will be copbanned for 1 day for violation ARPD Regulations and threatening the life of a Argonath Civilian.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via the ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
