Name: Luke (Emerson)

Report against:
Donatello_LucianoT - /su abuse

Description of events:
While chasing the suspect Slavik, who was about to escape, he suspected him again so his RHL would go up and he would not escape. He did this twice.

Possible Witnesses:
Slavik, me, and another officer who I do not remember, but was sitting with Donatello.

Good morning,
Donatello has still not given any reply or interest to this ARPD report against him, therefore we shall continue with this report without him. The evidences are rather clear, are there any more questions that wanted to be asked by the reporter?

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On November the 15th 2013, at 14:12 HOURS a report was submitted by Luke as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Training Sergeant Bryan McCollin

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- ARPD Officer Donatello Luciano has abused his power as an officer by re-suspecting Slavik after the original suspection. This happend between 4 minutes. Slavik was suspected three (3) times in total, in order to expand the escape time of Slavik.


-- In conclusion, ARPD Officer Donatello Luciano will face a two (2) day suspension for abusing his powers as an ARPD Officer.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via the ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
