SAPD Officer Policy violators:
1. Officer Name - .anonymous
2. Officer's Department ARPD officer
Short description: Jacob and me were driving in our elegy's when there came a fireman online with low hp. I tried to stop my car but i was to late and killed him with my car this was the reason why I was suspected we drove further to san fierro to fix my car paintings. We were standing infront of the pimp store when officer .anonymous arrived it was really 2 seconds and he took out his combat shotgun against a non armed civilian and blowed the shit out of me jacob was standing next of me and witnessed all of this
My first point is a arpd officer has some regulations wich is give the suspect a chance to surrender wich he didn't.
My second point a non armed suspect has to be handled with a night stick or peperspray not with a combat shotgun.
My third point a arpd officer has to give the suspect the warnings to surrender if he arrives on the scene wich he didn't.
This officer has to be taken out of his job due the wrong handling against suspects and not following of the arpd regulations.
