Report against:
Gruia - Discharging heavy weaponary on an innocent civilian

Description of events:
I, Ryder Jones went to a 24/7 in Commerce to buy a baseball bat for my training, upon exiting the shop, walking to the street I got approached by officer Gruia, he told me to hide my bat yet I clearly had nowhere to store it, as I was going to carry it to my home in Idlewood. Upon doing that he punched me with a bat and proceeded to fire an low caliber weapon at me. I am writing this e-mail from the Hospital, to which I was brought to by the three officers.

Possible Witnesses:
Steve_Montgomery (ARPD)
Franklyn_Johnson (ARPD)

As RS4 is no longer existent, this report can not have action taken in the new game mode. However, the officer will be issued a personal verbal warning when he comes around in the current server.
