Title: Retirement
Post by: Plam Knight on December 09, 2013, 18:27:04 pm
For few months now, my activity has gone straight in the bottom and even though I have managed to develop and lead SAPD without being directly IG, I see it unfair to stay as a chief during such a inactivity and especially the fact that my inactivity can only go worse and not better, therfore the reason why I've decided to fully step down.

Of course some may think, this is sudden and excesive, but I've thought of this months ago, simply didn't want to leave SAPD without a chief and wished to finish the training of our current best candidate and now an actual chief - [WS]Mike.

The only thing that I have to mention before leaving is that I am extremely grateful for the assistance Mike has provided during past few months and I would like to apologise in advance for the situation he is left in and I hope the advises, I've given him will assist him in future.

To everybody else, I wish good luck and I hope you all succeed in your endeavours!

You've been a great support for everyone within SAPD, helped shape to what it has become.
Presence will be missed in that we do hope you drop by again when you've settled down and got your plans in order.  Most importantly thank you for every opportunity that you've thrown my way, I never actually thought I'd surpass the rank of Sergeant.

Take care mate, maybe we can do some wild RP as SAPD Officers on RS5 one of the days, and become the legends loved by civilians and hunted by cops and criminals alike

I have no one else to thank than you personally for giving me the second opportunity you have given me in SAPD, from day one of the former ACSD you took me under your wing, when I was an outcast in the SAPD and I thank you for that. I wouldn't be where I am today in the SAPD if it wasn't for you believing in me and giving me the opportunities you have given me. Good luck with whatever life throws at you, you're a great inspiration and I'm truly blessed to be able to call you a friend. Don't forget to stay in touch, and we'll see you soon!

Regards,
SkyHawk

You've been the example of a strong and honest leader since all the way back in LVPD. Thank you for the things you've done for the SAPD, LVPD and Argonath in general over the past years.

See you around.

Back when you were a Captain in the SFPD, I thought you were a nut. When we were doing some training in Bone County, I asked Caltson, an Officer at the time, if he thought you were a bit strange too, he didn't think so. But as I progressed, I realized it was just your teaching style I was not accustomed to. You lay down the law with no questions asked and don't allow anyone to push you around, which I respect, to a certain extent.

I appreciate your support throughout my career, you even did my cadet examination. Similarly to Paul, you offered solutions to complex situations and aided greatly in the department development to a point where it is today.

Thanks for all your work and support, see ya' around, you tactical minded partner

In the past, when I first joined LVPD you were my inspiration for LVPD and LVPD-SWAT. You gave us supporting advice about becoming one of the most elite teams, which profoundly influenced me throughout my career. There is so much to say, but we had really good memories, that cannot be forgotten. As a person, you have good personality, maturity and exceptional leadership, who proved his capabilities to lead and develop SAPD during the transformation. You were an admiration to many, including me. Hopefully you will return when your activity returns to normal. Good luck Chief!

Oh Plam, sad to see you leaving. You were one of the few SAPD Command members that made a difference throughout their career.
Yes, you guessed right.. When you closed DEA, I really tought you were a total asshole, but later on, I reviewed over my mistakes done back there and realized that you were right, and the best solution was to close it down. It was harmful for everyone, but mostly for myself, if you get what I mean.
You were always the most optimist in situations, and damn, you were the man of a laugh - when was needed.
In the case, you were the seriousness itself in order to get the situation straight, a thing I cannot do right now and that I envy you for.
So much to relate, but I am not really the most sentimental. I am not saying goodbye, I know you will return one day.
   See you soon!
      Mircea.
