Title: [SA:MP] Congratulations to Chief Mike Sangelo

Congratulation to my teacher [WS]Mike as a new chief of the SAPD i am glad to see him as a chief.Chief mike is feel like master-teacher and friendly guy, he really good with other members,[WS]Mike is the one of greatest command staff for my personal and i really respect him since i work with him for SFPD/SAPD and every operation,(one of my idol) he deserve it to become a chief, i hope he will be successfully for lead us in the good way,make the SAPD perfect. last thing i would say "  Congratulation my teacher"  :azn:

I remember when i joined SAPD as a Cadet, Mike was a Senior Officer if i'm not wrong.He was a example to be followed for every Cadet.I remember when i did my SAPD Exam to get promoted as a Officer and he was delaying my answer in purpose with "and the answer is ..." and he keep doing "...". Anyway.
To be honest this is a really nice surprise for me cause i was not expecting him to go in last floor of SAPD Building and "own" the whole building (SAPD).
Congratulations Mike and make SFPD proud :).
