Hello there!

I will be handling this report, it seems the only rulebreak the officer did was the driving with a civilian vehicle, carparking is a server rulebreak so that can be removed from the acusations.
I would like you to contact the officer ( Cyber ) telling him that he's being reported, and also contact any witness to testify.

Any further notice against this officer? I guess it's enough evidence with two ongoing reports against this officer.
