Name: Jack "Jones" Ancelotti

Report against:
Miller - Disrespect towards civilians, assaulting civilians, stealing cars from civilians without proper warrant.

Description of events:
On the day 23 february 2014 me and my friend who wants to remain anonymous drove towards pizza stack, in front of the idlewood motel is a right turn that has been marked as a black dot multiple times and has more than thirty accidents yearly me and officer Miller collided. It was a small crash as we both drove abiding the speed limit. He than continued to shout through his megaphone for me to stop on the side of the road which I did. As I stopped he started shouting insults through his megaphone, later when he walked next to my vehicle he continued to smash my face into the driving wheel, pulling me out of my vehicle, taking it and driving away, my friend which will remain anonymous unless the officer in charge will want to know his name returned fire as the officer stole my vehicle, later as he was getting arrested officer miller again shouted at him like he was a dog.

Officer has to this date not yet been informed about his report warrant, as he just went out of the city.

If the alleged Officer does not respond to this report within 48 hours after being informed, then we will proceed without the Officer.

Come on Gmail stop this trolling, this was ENOUGH! i said "misclick" three times then your "friend" shot me to death with his shotgun and he was later arrested by officer Slavik_Kolta! And you report me "disrespecting towards civilians", he shot me with a shotgun!, he killed me!
I had ENOUGH, do you understand? today wasnt a good day for me, im really pissed off!
I dont have any screenshot or chatlog because this was just obvious.
I cannot prove anything, just show your complete chatlog and require it to be checked by an administration.

AND NO! dont cry about "omg it's RP report", i died! so shove your RP report right up in your ass! and nope i dont care if i was there when he got arrested, because cops are allowed to return as i was "rping a new unit"
AND NO! he wasnt roleplaying because he just killed me with a shotgun without saying anything when i was trying to remove the vehicle from the street! and no i wasnt driving away, you can see it in the screenshot i was going backwards and parking it behind the pd car

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the February the 26  2014, at 19:04 a report was submitted by Jack Jones Ancelotti as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Staff Sergeant Nexus Riggs

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- The reporter accused Officer Miller786 for disrespect towards civilians, assaulting civilians, stealing cars from civilians without proper warrant. The evidence provided by Mr. Ancelotti is not legible to be considered RP evidence. However
due to the nature of the report and after analysis of the provided statements from Mr. Miller himself, we have reached a conclusion.


-- In conclusion, Officer Miller786 will be officially warned for unrelenting act against fellow citizens

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via the ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
