I made two maps with the RS4 Map icons.
All the spots that were posted in this (http://www.argonathrpg.eu/index.php?topic=103232.0) topic are on the map and i've added a new heroin spot behind Market Ammunation.

Uh, there is a spot at Pershing Sq. in the sewers.

That's a drug-market spot. Not sure if they are/will be marked on the map.
