I got him out of the vehicle and he ran in LSPD garage (not inside, but parking lot), then he got into a vehicle, and I was shooting the vehicle and he ran over me... which is pretty much vehicular assault + evading + robbing me. Afterwards, he kept saying he wanted an investigation, then I called an admin and admin told him to comply because = evade - no investigation =. It took me a few mins just to get him down to the cells, because he was walking slow on purpose. I did not warn because he ran over me (vehicular assault, evade and robbing aswell), and I did not /mir because in /mir it says you get a lawyer and in this case he doesn't because he did evade, and yet again evading = no investigation...

2- I was going slowly down the stairs because I was speaking with Slavik, it was not on purpose, and you did not RPed that you was arresting, if had done so I would be forced to RP (eg. /me Beings the suspect by his arm.).
