Officer [AFC]James asked me to unsuspect you in PM.
So I went to LSPD as soon as possible because i was a civilian so off duty.
When I went on duty i saw NO radio reports from Officer [AFC]James to unsuspect you.
He asked it in Public Chat, I am a RolePlayer and i only use the information they give me on the radio or in local chat.
So you can't report me for NON RP because I was Roleplaying and that's why i didn't cancel your suspection.
I HAVE to see the unsuspection report on the radio.
I do not know what happened because i just went on duty, I will NOT cancel suspect you if the Officer is not giving me the full details of your crime.
You and James can be friends and maybe you DID the crime and was he just asking for a unsusp.
Officer James refused to Roleplay and refused to ask it on the radio and i was not informed IC.
It's not me you have to report, it's Officer James you have to report for Non RP because I did.

I'm a Senior Officer, I can't Copban/ "Kick" people out.
You have to report them on the forum and a Sgt+ will handle it.

Neither for an unsuspection for you on the RADIO.

Alright first of all, he asked me to unsuspect you BUT I was a civilian so I went to LSPD ASAP.
I did not unsuspect you because Officer James failed to RP and failed to ask an unsuspection on the radio.
Neither did he perform an investigation on you.
He didn't ask it "many times", he asked it twice.
I came to LSPD ASAP and then he just had to ask it on the radio.
But he didn't, what if my public chat was disabled?
You can't report me for that reason, it's invalid.
And we were not "flaming" to each other, I'm a Senior Officer I don't insult other Officers.

You are reporting James for misusing /su, and you're reporting Kevin for refusing an unsuspection?
James is an FBI agent however, therefore he should be reported at the right place. (http://fbi.argonathrpg.com/index.php?topic=6611.0)
Regarding Kevin: He does speak the truth about him having to acknowledge the request from an officer via the radio; ergo: no rule has been broken by him.
If there is anything else about this situation that has to be taken care of, then it must've been something Kevin has done.

It is required to be part of the SAPD group to enable duty points and rights.
The FBI operates separately from the SAPD however; and as such: if he's part of the FBI, he isn't a SAPD officer.

I arrived with my bike, entered the LSPD to go on duty.
I stayed inside the LSPD.

Can you confirm that you were in a police cruiser with James?

James was not inside my police cruiser.

I was in my rancher and I saw this guy stealing a vehicle at LSPD.
He was suspected for grand theft auto, as the vehicle looked like a civilian owned vehicle.
Upon investigation I saw that the vehicle was actually State and the suspect had all right to use it. An unsuspection was then requested by my side since I cannot do it myself because of rank restriction.
That's all, I don't believe I have done anything wrong on my end.
Furthermore, I was in my own rancher and not with Danny Williams at all.
