Title: NON-RP Report - xCasi_Rothmans [M. Alvarez]

Report against:
xCasi_Rothmans - Attitude Problem towards civillian

Description of events:
I was driving down market strip and my ride went out of fuel, a few officers helped me to push my ride to the sidewalk, I thanked them and attempted to start my ride, but out of sudden this officer just dashed down with his county vehicle, the one with 2 seaters and rammed right into my ride and me, I flew away and hit the wall, fortunately I survived that and I went to talk to him, he replied back with a shitty attitude,making pursuit as his reason to ram me, telling me to shut the f**k up and go to hell and he even hit my vehicle with his nitestick, and he drove away afterwards.

Possible Witnesses:
Kaseem.

Please read [SA:MP] Complaint Rules (http://arpd.argonathrpg.com/forum/index.php?topic=23755.0). According to this topic you must have clear evidence of a moment where you turned your carmera on etcetera.

When I was in ASID Duty he left police duty just to escape from a investigation, he also questioned Inspector/Snr Officer LukeN methods.... After that we went to LSFD and he was on fire duty and told us to leave using /m1. After that he started to using the water cannon on us.

This report is still under investigation, and we will determine whether a higher punishment will be given due to the officers actions.

6th of April, 2014

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On April the 3rd, 2014, at 16:15 HOURS a report was submitted by Denzel Neon as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Sergeant Milano Alvarez

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- Officer xCasi_Rothmans has caused a traffic collision while Mr. Neon was firmly parked on the sidewalk.

-- Officer xCasi_Rothmans has shown foul language and poor behaviour to Mr. Neon.

-- In conclusion, Officer xCasi_Rothmans receives a official warning and has to pay $250 dollars to any command staff member of the SAPD.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to the Chief of Police via the ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
