Milano Alvarez - REGULATIONS BREACHED
1.1 - Procedures of Engagement with Force:
-Suspect is running -- Use warnings to order to stop, if they do not heed, you may open fire (Standard Duty weapons only - Deagle)
-Suspect is idle -- You must use ONLY pepper spray or baton, if they fail to comprehend after warnings, and you cannot apprehend, you may use baton or pepper spray to take down.(If suspect is armed with fire-arm while idle, you still must only use pepper spray or baton, it is advised you have another Officer to cover you with a gun).
-Suspect is unarmed and assaulting -- You must use ONLY pepper spray or baton to defend yourself against the assault, if he continues, you may neutralize but with pepper or baton only.



Description of events:
From the beginning, I was on air patrol. As per being on the server for seven years, being a cop all seven years, and serving as SAPD High Command(obtaining ranks of Deputy Chief and Captain) I still attempt to help officers. I noticed Sergeant Alvarez’s many mistakes and I was attempting to correct them by advising him on certain issues. Sergeant Alvarez did not take kindly to my attempts to help. He continuously dragged on conversations on the official police radio even after I advised him to 10-3, stop transmitting. It got to the point when [Rstar]Murt had intervened on the radio asking what was going on.

After this, I found witness, Ex-Chief and five year veteran [Rstar]Shaz ([Rstar]Leroy) at GS9 with Sergeant Alvarez. I landed my helicopter on GS9 to get Leroy.

I was relieved of my duties without warning (copban). There was no warning to stop or anything. I was then suspected and while I was standing still, without a weapon, Sergeant Alvarez opened fire. I began to run as any normal person would do under fire. Sergeant Alvarez continued to fire at me without any warnings as per SAPD Policies and Procedures 1.1.

Without an escape route, I had no choice but to defend myself against an attacker, whom I felt was not legally justified in shooting. I used nothing but my fists to attack Sergeant Alvarez, however he shot me with his deagle. This is also in direct violation of SAPD Policies and Procedures 1.1. As it states  directly in the policies, “You must use ONLY pepper spray or baton to defend yourself against the assault”

What happened was that we arrived at GS9 after another Officer had called a 207, once we got there, there were a few people surrounding a guy, so we went to check it out. Then soon after, out of nowhere Conroy appeared with a Hydra, ended up crashing and died (not too sure if anyone else died) but then people involved in the supposed kidnapping seemed to leave, as there was a lot of havoc at GS9.
Then I saw Vince was running around, he got cop banned then suspected for attacking an officer by Milano, then before I knew it Milano was shooting Vince instantly without warning after cop-banning and suspecting him. So I myself in a bit of confusion at what was happening at GS9 punched Milano once or so to get him to stop shooting (you'll be able to see I said something like "stop", "!" to him when I did so), then I was also cop banned for two days for attacking a superior.
Vince was then running around in the midst of shots being fired everywhere from what I could see, he then got shot by a Hydra (not too sure if it was Conroy again this time, but Vince lost a ton of health), but there was a lot of scattering around, then he was shot dead very shortly after on GS9 still, I'm still unsure who killed him. Later I confronted him via PM about the situation but it didn't get us anywhere, which is why I decided to come here. It would have best been solved if I was heard out, but in the end I was left ignored.

Then the copban period comes.. I was up on the roof and you started to punch me out of nothing. I copbanned you for 1 (one) day. Firstly, I grabbed the spray out of my duty belt and started to spray you which had no effect. I already warned you before this with: "Stop it, or you will be out". The spray had no effect. Before I came on the roof, I noticed a NRG-500 on the southern side of the gasstation.I grabbed my Glock 17 out, and put my gunpoint on you. There was no time to use (/s1 /s2 or /s3), but previously you were warned with the sentence on the roof. I pulled the trigger, there was no time to warn you because you were going to jump off the roof, and use the NRG to get away. You were warned, but not in the /s1 /s2 /s3 way. I just want to add that Shaz was copbanned for 1 (one) day too because he did attack me.

Concluding, I want to apologize to whatever happend to you and Shaz that night. This was my explanation. I just met you that day, and I do not want to screw up our connection this fast, so I am asking you to forgive the situation, and be good again. The fact is that the actual ban reason is "Hitting a superior". Assuming that you would be in service, because of the reason.

Your statements don't make clear, why you actually have been cop banned. You have been cop banned, because of what?
