Title: NON- RP Report - Jackling_Jobalighar [M. Alvarez]

Report against:
Jackling_Jobalighar - Reckless driving and unacceptable attitude towards higher ranked officer

Description of events:
This officer here does not follow the driving rules and does not respect higher ranked officer during investigation.
Ronald was suspected and Jackling, Matthew., Frank_Kolta was giving investigation for Ronald. After showing some pictures for Frank, Frank decided to unsuspect Ronald, and Jackling started to insulting him as shown in the pictures below. Jackling was also driving recklessly in the middle of a road (driving circle) also shown in the pictures below.

Possible Witnesses:
Frank_Kolta - Snr.Officer
Ronald - Probationary Officer
Matthew. - Probationary Officer
Mark_Kolta - SAPD Officer

I myself, as the Fire Captain of Station 1 (Los Santos), was on Fire Marshall Patrol with Station 2 Lieutenant D. Rosso around Idlewood, Little Mexico, Pershing Square and Commerce area. I was parking near LSPD and officer Jackling Jobalighar rammed my front with his back (I have no idea if that was deliberate or not). I honked at him and I got out and argued with him.
[16:06:43] You have been suspected by Jackling_Jobalighar(10). Reason: threatening acts to officer.
He indeed used pepper spray excessively and I apprehended instantly. We went in for an investigation and the officer - Jackling Jobalighar showed an unprofessional attitude against the investigation.

I state that the information provided in this statement is 100 percent truthful and accurate.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the 12th of April, 2014, at 10:49 HOURS a report was submitted by Diveron Rosso as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Former Lieutenant Vincent Vice
- Supervisory Sergeant Milano Alvarez

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- Officer Jobalighar returned foul words when actually Mark Kolta told him to shut up. It will reduce the punishment.

-- Officer Jobalighar has been driving unaccordingly to the law.

-- In conclusion, Officer Jobalighar will receive a verbal warning for his actions.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via the ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
