Domic - Corruption (Inappropriate jailing time)

Description of events:
A suspect was in SF. I responded to it and I was killed by him. The suspect appreheaded and was jailed with 15 seconds only by Officer Domic

Hello there,
I am Senior Officer Vladimir Rosso, the witness in this situation, me and senior officer denzel saw that happen that suspect was killed officer ronald at San Fierro during that day, i heard that then responded to C3 situation by his requested after that suspect was about surrender somewhere in San Fierro,San Andreas then officer dominic arrested him and take him to the police station, he jailed 15 seconds and officer ronald started complaint to him about why he jailed just 15 seconds, and some fellow officers also warning him on the police radio after he jailed the suspect that was i saw, i hope so other officers who seen that incident would be give the statement to here.

Officer Domic was informed by myself and has 78 hours to provide his statement to this report. If he fails to do so within the given time, the
verdict will be reached without his consent.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the April the 19th of 2014, at 06:00 HOURS a report was submitted by Ronald Gloucester as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- SAPD Staff Sergeant Nexus Riggs

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- After reviewing this report along with the statements and evidence provided. Attestation of the allegations provided cannot verify "corruption" of Officer Domic. However evidence explicitly   
affirms that the officer has wrongly jailed a murder suspect for only 15 seconds, which violates police procedures and ethics of the San Andreas Police Department.

-- In conclusion, Officer Domic will be officially warned for this misdemeanor.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Captain via the ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
