Acika_Luciano

Description of events:
The officer was chasing us multiple times and got killed while doing so. He was using unmarked vehicles at 3 different times. (NRG, Bullet & Infernus). Therefore this report will be about repeatedly driving unmarked vehicles whilest NOT returning to station.

Goodevening,

I am SAPD Supervisory Training Sergeant Milano Alvarez, i'll be handling this case. Acika has 24 hours to respond to this case. I issued a one-day suspension on Acika yesterday for the same reason. I will issue a more severe punishment this time, if we come to that.

I tried out 'resetting' my password and the mail did not appear (so it would be clear it did not work), so anyone with authorities could please contact Acika and solve the issue.

First of all, the reports Acika made have been dealt with and he knows what to do. He has still used unmarked vehicles on duty and I belive that the breach of police regulations still apply. This ARPD - report has no involvement with Acika's server report to do.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On April the 20st, 2014, at 00:13 HOURS a report was submitted by Skalleper Svensson as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Supervisory Sergeant Milano Alvarez

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- Officer Acika Luciano has used unmarked vehicles on duty, he tried to make screenshots of a certain case, but it is no excuse.

-- This is the second time in 3 days that A. Luciano used civilian vehicles. He also has a open report for the same reason.


-- In conclusion, Officer Acika Luciano receives a 3 (three) day suspension from police duty.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to the Chief of Police via the ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
