Title: NONE-RP Report - Flame [NEXUS]

Name: KelviNC - Micheal Andrewson

Report against:
OFFICER'S NAME - Flame

Description of events:
I was RP'ing with some of my friend and as the RP ended, and took my bike and was hang around Los Santos. Suddenly I had a work to complete IRL. I went AFK to complete my pending work. When I returned to the game I saw that I was suspected my officer FLAME for evading while I was AFK. I even didn't had a vehicle to drive, so how I'm suppose to evade from him? I really want a new script for the cops. Every new player how's joining the cops abuses his right and shit. Daily there is a complain against  SAPD/newcommers COP.

Possible Witnesses:
Conroy, who kicked me because I was AFK as a suspect.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the May the 4th  2014, at 15:20 HOURS a report was submitted by Micheal Andrewson as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- SAPD Staff Sergeant Nexus Riggs

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- Officer Flame suspected Michael Andrewson for "evading police" is contrary since the screenshot substantiates that Mr. Andrewson was contemporaneously "kicked" from the server for "AFK as suspect".
-- Additionally as SAPD Officer, Flame failed to respond here with any statement or evidence to refute the claims, thus repudiating this report.

-- In conclusion, Officer Flame will be suspended from duty for 2 days

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Captain via the ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
