Jenna_Luciano - REGULATIONS BREACHED

Description of events:
I was shot while standing still and unarmed by Jenna Luciano, and later, when giving in, jailed by her(for 200 seconds) after I specified that I want Face_McClane to jail me. Therefore, she stole a suspect from Face_McClane.

First of all: I saw you walking, that was the point where i shot you.
Second of all: Turning yourself in has nothing to do with this report.
Third of all: If you were shot while standing still, it was a accident and then i apologize for it, but for now i saw you standing still when i fired the bullet already.

I was standing still for something like 10 seconds, you had plenty of time to realise that I'm not running anywhere. I was not given any warnings either. The turning myself in part is a different story, but I didn't want to make multiple reports.

Goodevening, Supervisory Sergeant Milano Rosso here from the SAPD. I'll be handling the report. 

Jenna Luciano:
- Did you warn Mang before shooting him anyways?
- Why did you jail Mang Olas when he turned himself in at Face McClane? That's basically just 'stealing' a suspect from your collegue to earn some money.

I want these questions answered within 24 hours please.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the 5th of May, 2014, at 16:42 HOURS a report was submitted by Mang Olas as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Supervisory Sergeant Milano Rosso

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- Officer Jenna Luciano has shown a poor behaviour the past days, trolling etc.

-- Officer Jenna Luciano has shot a standing still unarmed civilian, and this was also witnessed by Mr. Chowdhury.

-- Officer Jenna Luciano has jailed th suspect of another cop, this is inappropriate behaviour.

-- In conclusion,
Officer Jenna Luciano is suspended for one (1) day for shooting a standing still unarmed subject.

Officer Jenna Luciano is suspended for two (2) days for an inappropriate and trolling behaviour.

Officer Jenna Luciano is given a verbal warning for jailing someone else's suspect.
