Title: NONE-RP Report - Elisa_Whitewhood [NEXUS]

Directed to: SAPD authority.

Name: Joker

Report against:
Elisa_Whitewood - Calling an Idiot an officer over the Police Radio twice.

Description of events:
We had an situation at Mullholand Bridge where a car was about to fell off from the bridge.
I respond on that situation with officer Flame.
After some time passed while we were thinking what we can do to save those civilians.
We dicited to call FD and EMS. We asced for their help and they never respond.
Then we called the mecanichs, Fuzzy_Luciano and some other guy ........_Vendito respond and came at scene.
After we talked, we decide to breach the passenger door (becouse was stucced) after some punches and some attempts to breached the car was moving and was ready to fell from the bridge.
Then we stopped.
Some minutes later the car felled from the bridge, both of the citzens survived from the accident but they lost mutch blood.
So me and officer Flame, we attempted to drag carefully both body's in the police vehicle, and transport them to Hospital.
When we arrived at hospital we tried our best to heal them (we didnt know mutch about medic job so we did our best to save them) i knew some things from the police training for those situations so i did my best to save them.
Both citizens exit the hosptial healthy, they survived and they returned at their home safe.
When i reported at the radio that the situation is C4 and both of citizens are safely
Officer Elisa_Whitewood called as idiots.
No idea why....

Yes I called him an idiot... once. And yes I have already been reprimanded for this action by an admin online.

I'm confused with all the screenshots, there is only one that is on topic.

You yell into the radio "NEED OFFICERS" "COME NOW", so here I am rushing to scene - as I arrive they tell me "fkiuking move away", for some reason, no where close to the car. Then I ask what's going on, no one answers. So then they run off somewhere - I go after them and ask what's going on. I ask this around 3 times over the radio, and get no answer. All I'm seeing/hearing is "pulls body into car". What the hell is going on? I ask again, and still no answer. You would think they that would RP - and tell there fellow officers what they are doing with a BODY in their CAR. But no. Then later on, I see them at the hospital and call him an idiot, for ignoring fellow officers and not letting everyone know what's going on.

Becouse i was updating the radio all the time of whats was going on.

I was one of the civilians so I din't saw the /r chat, but I can confirm that the story he said was 100% true.

I can prove that the whole story was right except the Police radio chat since i was a mechanic there

I honestly have no idea what's going on - and why this is such a big deal. I called him an idiot once - and that's it. Why is this such a big deal, I am sorry?

Joker - I have no idea what you want me to prove, as I basically just confirmed what you said (minus the idiot calling twice, which you have no proof of). I'm just letting you know why I said it. Sorry if I hurt your feelings, but you really ticked me off that you would not answer me. I've long logged off, so I have no chat logs. But no you did not update us on the situation via /r at all. When I called you an idiot was after I've been trying to get an update - and you go "situation at the bridge is C4" or something like that - when you had already taken the "bodies" and taken them to hospital etc. etc. - you failed to update us at all, until the situation was fully over.

So again, what's the big deal here - I called him an idiot, yes I am guilty of that. But in no way was this threatening at all, more like "oh ur an idiot.." - ONCE. Nothing of the nature of flaming. Just a little comment. You can see from the screenshots Joker has provided. I find this all quite strange your making such a fuss over this... maybe it was because you got called out for DM'ing me, but that's another story.

I would like to add that most of Joker's 'evidence' irrelevant and not important. You are accusing me of calling you an idiot, and I have already mentioned that I did indeed to that. And my reasoning behind that.

I have seen cops do far worse.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the May the 19th, at 13:58 HOURS a report was submitted by Joker as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- SAPD Staff Sergeant Nexus Dean Riggs

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- Officer Elisa Whitewood has offended Officer Joker by responding with profanity through the police radio.


-- In conclusion, Officer Elisa Whitewood will be verbally warned.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via the ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
