Miki1603 - Misusing His Power Suspecting Civllians for Money

Description of events:
Officers are Repeating the Samething like today when i saw this cop doing samething Officer Miki1603 Suspected a Civllian for Hit and when i check Area of both Officer & the other guy who was suspected they both were in LSPD Please take action on them .

Possible Witnesses:
Everyone on Cop duty that time who saw /r Chats
