Name: Joker

Report against:
OFFICER'S NAME - Emma_Smith (Refusing to give an investigation, shooting-thereating-flamming an unarmed and cuffed suspect inside LSPD.
And admits he is working for Corleone Mafia and he is an corrupt police officer)

Description of events:
So Officer Emma_Smith stopped me on a traffic stop near LS City hall, i commplied with officer Emma_Smith and i pulled over, after some seconds i realized officer Emma was AFK i waited for 2 minutes and then i openned my engine again and start driving for arround 3 metres from the traffic stop, when Officer Emma came back and didn't even asked me to pull over again but /su me immidietly for evading an traffic stop (+ i was driving a taxi) and i wasn't even attempted to evade, when i got /su i  immidietly gave up and commplied, when we arrived at Dillimore PD, i asked from officer Emma an investigation he refused me for many times, and i said to him i am not moving if i will not get an investigation, then he start shooting near to me so he can threat me, i couldnt do anything i was cuffed so i commplied becouse i was scared of him, he was going to kill me if i didn't commply.
After getting jailed for 200 seconds for Evading an ts, officer Emma split on me for 2 times, and admits he is an corrupt cop working for Corleone Mafia.

Sorry for posting here, but Emma is not a Corleone member even, that's quite obvious an impersonation case.
Emma is just an applicant of Corleone.
