Title: [SAPD COMPLAINT] - =AV=Denzel - #P31

Report against:
=AV=Denzel - Partiality to the accuser and total ignorance of everything I said during the investigation. - Jailing me with having no any solid evidence proving me guilty even though there was two more suspects with me, with the very same accusation, and he just let them go.

Description of events:
Last night, in the headquarters of The Crimson Legacy, we were hanging out. A clown (Who we found out his name later; Hevar Elitee), broke into our headquarters in a very unaccepted way. He started to threaten us and damaging some goods boxes that were in our storage room. We gently asked him to leave and go out, but yet, he continued, and even tried to assault me. As a direct response of his try to assault one of us, we had our full right to self-defense ourselves and not just stand alone doing nothing. So I punched and kicked him and he fell on the ground. As soon as he tried to get up again, I hit him with the back of the knife (Handler), and he fell unconscious. During this self-defense process, a young woman (Who we also found out her name later; Jennifer), had also broke into our headquarters with no right of her to exist there in first place, she saw Hevar lying on the floor and hurt due to the self-defense after his severe attacks against us. She didn't understand what was going on in first place, and she started shouting and running around and then called the police claiming that we have intended to bring the clown to our mansion and hurt him. As soon as she did that, she flee away, leaving behind a 911 call.

About two hours later, we; [TCL]Rami (Rami Kukhun), [TCL]Jenny_Adams (Jo Harvelle), & [TCL]Doggi (Jimmy Novak) were driving through Red County heading to Bone County, where suddenly the woman who broke into our mansion, was following us all the way from RC to BC. We noticed her and tried to change our route or destination, but yet, she followed us, and even headed to an ammunition and got herself well-armed. After that, as we were driving in Fort Carson, she came to us on her bike and stopped us, then complained about "we" stalking "her", as what was really happening is all the way around; We were being stalked and followed by her. Then, her "boyfriend" as it seemed to be (As we later found out that he was an undercover cop; =AV=Denzel), showed up and said that Jennifer was his girl and that everything is ok and he will take her away and make her stop following us.

As we were later driving in Los Santos, and specifically in the sewers network, we found a man lying on the floor and hurting, we came closer, stepped out the vehicle, and we found out that it was that clown again, he was shot in the leg and screaming for help. We had no phones on us by then, and as soon as some people passed by and stopped at the scene, we asked them to call 911 to get an ambulance to the hurt man. The gentlemen revealed themselves as officers, so we relaxed even more, and the officer called =AV=Denzel gave us the permission to leave the scene as they will take care of the situation, and we left.

Later on, [TCL]Jenny_Adams (Jo Harvelle) and I, were stuck on a building rooftop in Pershing Square after a skydive ([TCL]Doggi (Jimmy Novak) skydived with us too, but he landed safely on the ground). So we asked for help and mayday, after about ten minutes, a police helicopter arrived (and the pilot was, as we found out his name later; Leon Arallian), he asked us to get inside so he can help us down. We got inside it (Me and [TCL]Jenny_Adams (Jo Harvelle)), and thought that we were being taken to a safe land after the dangerous skydive we had, but no, instead, we were kidnapped by law enforcement members to Los Santos International Airport (As I could see from the window). As soon as the helicopter landed in a hanger there, about ten to fifteen police units rushed into the place, surrounded us, suspected us, and claiming that we have shot Hevar Elitee and assaulted him.

We were arrested and taken to SWAT's HQ in Los Santos, the three of us. We demanded for an investigation. Three investigators handled the case, an investigator for each one of us. We were investigated, two of us were released and free to go because there was no any solid evidence to proof what we were accused of, while the other (Me), was jailed by my investigator =AV=Denzel, even though we had the very-same-exact accusation. During the investigation, the investigator asked me to tell my story, and so I did, but yet, he was more like "Don't lie to me, I'm not a dumb.", but when Hevar Elitee & Jennifer told their side of the story, he made them sign a paper that confirms that what they said is true, believed them right away, and just drove me to prison. I protested to him and told him that this is not fair, the rest of the suspects who were accused with the same crime just like me were released and set free to go, while he insisted to take me to prison with a total ignorance over the facts I presented during the conversation, but else, he just decided to be partial and believe what the clown have said.

Evidences are pretty much my witnesses as I was a suspect in an investigation and not able to record/film/tape anything.

It's going to be rather short, since Mr. Rami has stated everything of significance in his report.

(As a clarification, the word "we" has to be considered as myself, Rami and Jenny)

Everything has happened as Mr. Rami described, we indeed had a breach inside our headquarters by an unidentified person (who was later identified as Mr. Hevar Elitee), he did threaten, and indeed damaged some of the goods stored, all we did came forth out of pure self-defense. Right at this time, a woman walked into the same room, seeing Mr. Hevar on the ground, and without knowing the slightest bit about the situation, informed the law enforcement.

We also got chased later on by that same person, for the better part of an hour, while driving near Fort Carson.
Suddenly out of nowhere she forced us to stop, and confronted us.. only she twisted the story in her favor, asking why we chased her, while the truth was that she was chasing us.
At that very moment an officer and two "civilians" pulled up to us, the officer introduced himself, and so did one of the civilians, this specific civilian introduced himself as, I quote: "I'm her boyfriend"
He managed to resolve the situation, and lead his "girlfriend" away, assuring us we won't be troubled by her again.

As we had no further issues in regard with her, we went on about our business, driving through the city of Los Santos.
After driving for a while, we noticed a man laying on the ground, upon getting closer, we noticed the man laying down there, was the same person that breached our headquarters, Mr. Hevar Elitee.
However, out of nowhere the same two civilians as in Fort Carson pulled up again, this time introducing themselves as SAPD Detectives.
Feeling relieved about help arriving, we told them that we found Mr. Hevar laying down on the ground.
They told us they'll handle the scene, and that we're clear to move away.. so we did.

As we felt relaxed, we continued our drive, until one of us suggested for us to attempt a sky-dive, and so we did.
However, due to a sudden gust of wind, Mr. Rami and Miss. Jo got blown onto a roof, causing them to be left with no way down.
I called the emergency number, to request the Fire Department and the rescue service.
After a while, an Air Division Raindance came up, and rescued them both.. or so I thought.
They were taken to a hangar at Los Santos Airport, and I drove over there to offer them a ride back to civilization.
However, as I arrived, I got dragged out of my vehicle, and arrested on the spot, together with Mr. Rami and Miss Jo.

We got taken to LS SWAT HQ, and interrogated about the situations described above.
We all got taken into different offices, interrogated by different people.
My interrogators introduced themselves as SAPD Supervisory Officer =AVt=LukeN and Sheriff Jcstodds.
After a few questions, which I answered honestly on, both of my interrogators concluded that there was absolutely no evidence, and so I got released.
After stepping out of the building, I noticed Miss. Jo also was released, also due to no evidence.

As she and I expected that Mr. Rami would be released rather soon too, to our horror we noticed that he was lead into a squad car and driven to Fort Carson, despite his claims regarding no evidence, the officer (=AV=Denzel) arrested and jailed Mr. Rami anyway.

To make it short:

We had a breach of our headquarters at Bayside, Tierra Robada by a person dressed as a clown which we later found out was named Hevar Elitee. As he showed aggressive behavior towards us and our property, we had to take action by self-defense. While doing so, a woman entered inside the property and saw the scene, not even asking what's going on but with absolutely no idea what's going on, she decided to call the PD.

Later on, we were driving around Bone County and Fort Carson, enjoying the ride in our clan vehicles. Not so long after, the same woman that broke into our HQ appeared several times near us, and I'm pretty sure it wasn't coincidental as it was too many times she did so, not only at one place. To top it, she stopped us at Fort Carson, near the Police Department and asked why we were following her. We calmly talked to her, explaining it was actually vice-versa.
During our conversation, an officer and two civilians approached us and introduced themselves. One of those civilians mentioned he was her boyfriend and that he's going to take her away after he noticed she's obviously crossing the line of her anger at us.

Feeling somewhat relieved knowing she's off our shoulders following us, we went on driving through Los Santos. On the way, we spotted a man (Hevar Elitee) laying on the ground, shot in his leg. As we had no cellphones with us, we were concerned about the man but soon a black vehicle stopped nearby when I shouted for help. When they got out, we realized they're the same two "civilians" that approached us at Fort Carson. Knowing the seriousness of man's condition, they quickly proceeded to help the man out with first aid and told us to leave after saying they're SAPD Detectives. While watching the process, we got told to step back and leave the scene and we did so.

Again, we continued our hangout but this time we went for a skydive. Despite our precaution steps and knowledge of weather conditions, Mr. Rami and I got blown away to a roof while Mr. Jimmy Novak safely landed on the ground and called Fire Department to get us down. As no Fire personnel seemed to respond, an Air Division rescue helicopter picked us up and dropped at LSAP hangar where we were confronted by many law enforcement officers and detectives that we've already mentioned. Soon we got taken to LS SWAT HQ where we got interrogated, each in different rooms.
The interrogator assigned to me was Mr. Taseen who asked me a few questions which I answered honestly on. A while after I got released and got outside where I noticed Mr. Novak as well. We decided to wait on Rami but we were shocked seeing him being taken to a police vehicle and driven to Fort Carson where he was jailed despite the same story all of us gave and absolutely no evidence of any charges.

The very same witnesses accused the Doggi & Jenny with the same accusations.
I couldn't prove that the clown was crazy, so you did not react to it, but yet you couldn't prove my accusation, and you jailed me.
"Innocent until proven guilty." You couldn't prove me guilty at all, the other investigators understood the situation and they let them go, but you insisted to lead your head and to go completely the wrong way.

You are mixing two complete different RP characters here, you know it was not the reason they got released, it was the evidence-less accusation.

From what i can gather one officer felt that he had enough evidence to proceed with a prosecution whereas other officers felt they didn't have enough evidence to prosecute others.

Now as i am familiar with the investigation i can shed some light on the situation. From what i remember witnesses pointed out Rami as the perpetrator of a offence however the witness evidence could confirm that the other two suspects aided in committing the offence. Hence two were released and the other taken to custody

And like I said, afterall it was his decision, I can't point a gun at him forcing him to get someone jailed, you've talked to the wrong person, instead of me, you should ask him.

I decided to release Jo. as she was not the individual that had possibly shot at the clown, as the witnesses pointed Rami as the culprit. Doggi was also released on the same terms.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On June the 1st 2014, at 16:35 HOURS a report was submitted by Rami Kukhun as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Captain Joel Treharne

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- Officers investigating the incident believed they had enough evidence to jail Mr Kukhun after gathering several witness statements
-- Officers investigating the incident used witness statements to confirm that the other 2 suspects did not aid and as such they were not prosecuted

-- In conclusion, the officers acted correctly with the information and evidence they had available to them.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via the ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
