I noticed that admins can change their skins at any time and also they can still be a cop even in for example a mafia skin or a suit skin. I think it would be really good if arpd officers or higher could do this. I think they should only be allowed if they are an officer or higher and also they must be in a cop skin first.
This idea was inspired by hank rafferty when i saw him do it. Also i think it would be more role play because in RL not every cop wears a uniform and it makes you look like a police detective as well. I have to say it looked really good with the skin hank was using.
The reason why i want it to be 'officer and above rank' and 'not cadet and above' is not that i wanna be selfish and not let cadets have it as well its that it would give cadets something to work for other than a rank and they might get an inspiration to work harder.
I really hope this gets put into force either now or for the 0.2 scripts. Thanks for reading
Best regards
Officer Niall of DPD
This is an example of Hank using this. He done a good job, i was gonna shoot him but i decided not to. meh

Could this be applied to the /duty command? So you can be cop-citizen AKA Bad boys! :D

yea it looks really good, and also its a good way to see a difference from arpd and regular cops. although arpd dont have to change skin they can if they want.I think its also good for grove street and stuff because a lot of new people wont know this system and once they see that your not a cop sking they will carry on dm'ing but little do they know that you are undercover. I think this is my best idea even though it is stole a bit  . P.S the suit skins really go well with the cops. I really hope ron replys to this and puts it into action.

It seems you're not aware of the undercover system ;), it uses your off duty skin.

Anyway, that's Undercover feature.
SAPD Lieutenants and above are allowed to work undercover, with small exceptions...
From time to time, SAPD Command Staff need Officers working undercover for certain operation, then we grant such permission.
