First of all, you asked him if another officer can investigate you, he refused it, but then still called in /r, no one replied to him.. Then I had to ask in /r and that's when the other officer entered the room, and your had your investigation.
Second, Mario asked me if he can leave the room, so I allowed him. (He had a reason)Then i got DMed while i was speaking with an officer.

Can you explain the part you were in admin duty and '' Mario asked me if he can leave the room, so I allowd him (he had a reason ) , doesnt make any sense , however i'm going to remove your name on witness list , i write down your name there for possibly witnesses if you dont have any clue not a big deal.

First of all I'm sorry to tell you that you can't RPly report me here since you died.
Second, when you're RPing a hobo who doesn't even have papers, how come you have google glasses and recording me?
Also, your "video" is just a piece of bullcrap, as you've not recorded the part where you do commit the crimes.
Let me say the truth about the story now.
You were constantly screaming at Pershing Square, which was causing an un-wanted environment there. I kindly asked you to stop, but instead of following a LEO's order which was clearly reasonable, you kep screaming that you have the right to do so. Afterwards, you got in the car which was owned by you, I told you to park it properly because you were in the middle of Pershing square which is illegal to park there, but no, you said that you don't have the keys (Although you were inside it) and that it's not yours. However I used my MDC or radio (Can't remember properly) and found out that the car plates are connected with the name Pablo Escobar. I asked you who you are, and you told me you have no papers. So I decided to take you to the Police Department to find out who you are, because you could be an illegal immigrant. You still didn't comply, throwing provocations and insults on me.
When I already had enough of you, I suspected you, then we moved to the police department. While doing this, you claimed having broken knees or something (By me), although we didn't really agree that he would be hit on your feet with my baton (Which I clearly had the right to use and didn't break any rule). However, you asked for an investigation, I was going to waste more time and give it. You asked for another officer, but as far as I knew that could not be done, although I was proven wrong and I apologize for that. When I told you that since he doesn't have a name nor papers, your're not a legal citizen and can't have an investigation, you told me that you do have a name, which you never mentioned for some reason. (Another charge on you, lying to a LEO, and proving that the car is yours).
However, the officer you were requesting finally came, and you started lying from the first second, and you were already being annoying so I asked Slavik if I can leave, and he told me that I could do it but you would be unsuspected. I was ok with that and just left. After this, I chased a suspect who ran inside LSPD and KILLED you, which makes this all report invalid. :)

Hello , Dear Kolta, I'd like to ask you to contact with Chief of Police ; Mike , i was a cop upon once time ago , i pulled over someone possibly suspicious stolen car whenever i pulled person over the road suddenly Chief Mike came around and told me to we dont have such a regulations to pull over someone which is not suspected at the moment,i offered same things like you did told him to you have to come with me to PD to make everything clear to find out who you are , At the same time Chief of Police Mike told me , We dont have such a regulations or anything like this , you cannot take someone to PD if he dont have any crime on it.
I'd like to hear an answer from Chief Mike about that situation , Also I have a screenshot while Mike telling me these things.
