Dear Sara,
First of all, i'd like to make one thing clear: It is not about the money.
Your story is true, you did not lie. But as LCPD Cadet, you should know, that you may not speed with a non-emergency vehicle. You also know, LCPD operatives may pull over these vehicles.
Instead of stopping, and explaining, you just continued driving/walking, so i suspected you for the fact of evading a traffic stop.
And yes, i know you are upset, i understand the story of your position in this situation.
The reason why i jailed you, instead of warned, is, because you are not a new player, even a LCPD Cadet. If you was a new player, i would have explained you what/not to do.
I did not do anything against the law, nor the server rules, nor the LCPD rules.
Hopefully we'll understand eachother, and that this kind of situation does not happen again.

You didn't do this. Atleast, nobody from the superior members contacted about this case.

And don't you think that a matter like this should be discussed with Academy Staff or LCPD Command and not brought out to public?

I already did read all of it and you should not behave like that Bullit.
First of all, Martijn actions are justified.
He gave you enough chances to stop.
He did behave towards you as a regular who should have known better.
And he did act properly when you failed to respond to his commands.
He explained you the reasons for the crime you've committed.
Calling him names like you did is not even close to proper behaving of a possible future member of LCPD.
Especially when you take a step back and look at the reasons why you have joined to "Fireman" job.
To sum up the conclusion: The reported officer did not breach any procedure or a rule and therefore, no action will be taken against him.
In future, for any similar situations first contact a member from LCPD Command and discuss it with him.
