Description of events:
So i just was laying on the curb of pershing square and officer Monte came to me throwing false accusations to give me a to ticket for $100 for illegally parking a "BMX" which it doesn't even exist.

Clearly just an attempt to vindicate himself.
He did the crime so he should not moan when it comes to doing the time.

He had several opportunities to pay the ticket.


He was jumping around Pershing SQ with a bike.
There was no need for traffic stop as i was on foot then he went off the bike and sat down.
So a ticket was issued. He was told why the ticket was issued.
Failed to pay ticket. Wasted time.
Did /q to avoid and Traser witnessed this.

This is a shabby attempt to sully my name.

Could not even get his witness name right.

Also could not even say what the actual crime was and is wrong on why he was given a ticket

Franklin has no real evidence to claim I am using my cop powers to go around to earn money.
as I stated to him, I could be a fireman earning money.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On October the 20th 2014, at 00:45 HOURS a report was submitted by Franklin "Khm" Kolta as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- SAPD Supervisory Sergeant Nexus D. Riggs

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.


-- Bicyclist cannot be fined for traffic violations.
-- Officer Montague failed to inform Mr. Kolta how to pay the ticket.
-- Officer Montague failed to inform Mr. Kolta what the ticket was for after getting suspected.
-- Officer Montague broke the chain of command by stating he would provide the full chatlog through a private message to the Chief of Police.
-- Additionally "Abusing police powers to gain money" is inconclusive due to lack of proper evidence backing this allegation.


-- In conclusion, Officer Montague will be suspended for 1 day.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via the ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
