Report against:
Mikal - Improper handling of a suspect. Harassment towards other officer.
[NP]InfernalCurse - Improper handling of a suspect. Partial harassment towards others.

Description of events:
Officer Mikal is by far the worst of the two in the reports on what he has done. Aside Officer Curse and Mikal both transporting a suspect on foot with 3 civilians following behind being improper, Officer Mikal took this one step further by making harrassing remarks towards me both in front of civilians and over the police radio.

Officer InfernalCurse however took part in also assisting Mikal with his atrocious handling of a suspect. Along with this he also constantly harasses me with calling Sergeants and FBI Agents every single time I say something. It's like he has something personal against me. He complains to another department and makes a big show of it. If you can see from the moment I came on duty and walked in a room he gave me a disgusting remark stating that it's a private training and I could not attend.

The both led this along with 3-5 civilians who had possibly been armed into the LSPD Investigation room. They had broken the Investigation rules by allowing more then just the suspect and his legal representation to be there along with the fact that Officer InfernalCurse began suspecting everyone that was there instead of standing by for further instructions from Command Staff. This is improper and upon being suspected they may have turned that room into a bloodbath resulting in the suspect being harmed. The suspect also was not frisked or cuffed as he took out a gun and pointed it at Officer Mikal to which Officer Mikal took off a sawed-off shotgun which is a non-standard duty issue weapon. While InfernalCurse handled the scene incorrectly, Officer Mikal has been the one lately treating fellow officers like trash and with disregard. He even does this around other civilians which cause misrepresentation of SAPD Officers.

These two officers are bullies, fail to handle suspects correctly, and misrepresent the entire department.

Side note: Early when I walked into the room before the mishandling of the suspect occurred InfernalCurse came to me telling me that Gruia did this and that and I merely wanted him to stop as he was saying it infront of an entire room of officers. I told him we can talk about that later, even though InfernalCurse should know that that should be rerouted to an Academy Sergeant.

Also me telling Mikal to shutup was improper but to be fair he had really pushed me far beyond my breaking point and after that remark, I had left the building.

I believe a senior SAPD staff member was observing behind me with /aduty on the whole time, I also got about 5 other Ballas unsuspected, not because they were abused but because as allowed, Frank Hawk had 1 lawyer and was allowed witnesses, the witnesses were the 5 ballas suspected for "Failing to comply" or such thing, that is why I got them unsuspected along with Frank Hawk who you seemingly /su abused, you suspected him for "Firing a weapon in public" or something similar, witnesses and even a police officer said they didn't see him shoot.

I believe I've been fair and impartial, especially during the investigation.

I'm not Mikal's buddy but respected him as a cop, and as I was my self without a vehicle, I had no other choice but to help escort the suspect.

You came and left several times, without even offering a lift or joining in the escort, instead driving off to return when requested @ LSPD then causing an argument and leaving.

Upon arrival and en route to arrival I requested SGT Dylan several times to attend the scene, but he was unable.
Upon arrival at LSPD, I requested your presence DarkShadowBlade, and you came, then caused an argument and left without helping. Leaving me to handle several suspects, and generally making things chaotic.

But in hindsight, seeing as no gun's were fired and no one got hurt, I think it was the best option.

We all know the suspects are known for a rebellious political behavior against police, so to avoid any conflict, the suspects were taken by foot by Mikal and I had no car so I joined in.

In regards to this incident, your handling of the situation was severely questionable, so I requested the FBI assistance.
As I also requested a SGT several times.

The suspects demanded an investigation against you because you suspected them falsely. I accidentally shot and you suspected Frank Hawk for shooting.

I requested you and snr officers to come to the investigation, but it seems actually that Mikal handled the situation and then I left.

DarkShadowBlade you caused a lot of arguing in /r which at points Sgt Nexus had to intervene.
You claimed the situation was out of control, but this simply wasn't true. At first there was several civilians inside, they didn't comply to get out of the room, so I suspected them. Simple. Then they too took part in the investigation.
Whilst the situation was out of control, you left, which meant the suspect was unsuspected because you couldn't give evidence against him. You suspected him and you left him without giving evidence to the investigation.

I've made my feelings clear to FBI and tried to a SGT and Supervisor Officer.

For evidence of DSB's inappropriate bullying / rude behavior to fellow officers.
Unprovoked, I was the passenger, Damien saw him recklessly drive, so he attempted to traffic stop him.
To which DSB replied "f**k off" , showing his badge then driving off.

Damien for some reason was acting as if he had done wrong himself and immediately afterwards was trying to talk to Damien. I finally got an answer out of him and he said he simply didn't want to get involved, but unfortunately I feel I have to post it here as I'm being accused of what he's done.

DSB try's to play the victim when he is not an Angel.
I was unaware at the time that the person with him was a SGT, but this only concerns me more.
I reported that earlier, and despite not hearing about it, I assumed it was dealt with, but not having an answer isn't good, so please give one, and realize these two screens for the bigger picture.

I'm not going to give you a whole story but I thought Damien was joking with me, like he always does and he knew I was UC. I took out badge for numerous reasons, one of which was because I had an active duty cop in my car (Sam Smith). Please stop attacking me like you're obviously doing... Bringing up closed reports against me is atrocious and it makes you look stupid.

I have witnessed non-stop abusive behavior from both Mikal/InfernalCurse while performing your duties, neither of them have any interest in attending any of the SAPD patrols what have been set up, they both show a disgusting attitude towards work and other officers. not just me or DarkShadowBlade you in general Infernal Curse tend to show attitude to 50% of the department, and not to mention when a officer asks you to do something or you don't agree with something you throw a tantrum and then start demanding Sgt's, FBI and LT's, disrupting their duties in the process.
Not to mention your constant misuse of a patrol vehicle you tend to "sway" onto the wrong side of the road crashing into other members cruisers. You are both very good officers when you comply and work as a team, I see you out doing very good work, but lately your behaviors haven't been what we want to work with within the SAPD.

This isn't a roleplay complaint and regardless wether you were having 'fun' or not such behavior is likely unacceptable on duty especially for a senior staff member, just as how myself and Curse controlled the ballas, lead them to LSPD on foot and investigated them without a single bullet being fired is somehow unacceptable and the whole reason this complaint is here, 10-7 or 10-8, you shouldn't go round crashing government vehicles now should you?

Today I capture a picture from my dash cam where he is stunt or something and then an officers who is in his passenger seat dies. I also got into his car then he wrong ramped, I turned on recording as a joke and he tells me to get the f**k out, then I get out, he then stops pursuing the suspect and drives off, and I run to LSPD.

I am being victimized and bullied. It's as simple as that.
At once they say I am a good officer then they cause me pain and say stuff in the public chat like "if people want to play ball, let's play" and "if the shoe fits, lace it up".

It's turning into a war, and it's really unorganized report, we need someone to volunteer to come in to bring order, my higher ranking officers are trying to demotivate the lower ranks, they make me look bad but have not ever offered me to learn what they learned, so mistakes like sending a person  on a cycle a ticket, didn't happen.

I'm a good officer and I will like to do my job and not have to deal with drama such as this.

I'm a good officer and I will like to do my job and not have to deal with drama such as this.

What I'm basically trying to say is that your atrocious replies that are full of blaming myself or Luke is just showing that you have no real defense for what you have done.

While what you did and this report originally may have resulted in a small cop ban, the way you act now is a sure way to be removed permanently from the server, especially when you go and bully not just a friend of mine but a member of the Administration team.

You guys are to defend yourself and provide valid mature statements instead of acting inappropriately. I did nothing wrong, you are trying to say that I'm bad because I helped a officer, and all you did was storm off angry.
Frank Hawk would never of come in the police car and walked on.

I'm a cop everyday, I am professional, with experience and understanding of the criminals I have to work with.

Frank Hawk and the Ballas is a violent characters and when I called FBI, I was hoping it would be sorted there, but instead, he came and passed it to youi, but you didn't take lead, and  I asked a SGt, and no sGt was available, so I just went with Mikal to LSPD with suspects, with gun drawn, incase.

When we got to LSPd I asked help again, and no one come but you, luke, matthew, and then you shouted and said me and Mikal was doing this or that, and all we was trying to do was ourself bring order to chaos being outnumbered, whilst no  other officers was helping.

I could have taken my batton out then and there at gs9 and beat up frank hawk, provoking a big gun fight, from all of teh ballas,  that's not what I wanted.

I don't remember it like it happened 5 mins ago, or understand the first post that much, so I will post what I think.

I tried to make the best out of the situation I was faced with.
DarkShadowBlade was on the periphery of where me and Mikal was with Frank Hawk and the Ballas, he suspected Frank Hawk without talking to us to even ask us what was the issue, when I felt that I could have handled it better.
Knowing the violent nature of the suspects, I did not use force, because I knew that they would return even heavier force, and they also was following a politic mindset, so I tried to ask to make complaints, so I tried my best to avoid a blood bath.
I contacted anyone I saw who would have experience with handling reports, and dealing with such instances, so I called FBI, FBI handed it to DSB, and DSB was angry and replied something like "seriously, Monte, FBI, this FBI that" or something, and he drived off.
Then officer Matthew came, and was watching them and said It wasn't proper way, but I legit was fearing that if I used any force I would risk causing death of officers, and that is more of an issue to me then walking a bit down the road.

Also at the time I did not have my own vehicle.
I asked repeatdily for help from seniors but none was available.

When I arrived at LSPD, I asked DarkShadowBlade to come, he came, he didn't even greet or ask what the issue was, but instead began  to get agressive over /r. I know I felt very overwhelmed by this and was trying to make the best of teh situation, I tried repeatdly to get support wiht the ammount of people, but the only one there was Mikal, who was also receiving the same sort of abuse, but instead, we didn't try to be agressive ourself, welll I know I wasn't, I just wanted to bring order to chaos.

There was a situation where Frank Hawk pulled a gun on Mikal, and I was pelading in /r for people to secure his gun, and for help, I was powerless on my own, with Mikal trying to be tough and it seemed no superior was supporting me because they felt the way the suspect was transported was wrong, and therefor did not help me in a  critical situation.

Agent was there at the time and I think he should have reacted to the situation if he felt  I was doing wrong, but I saw nothing wrong, and he didn't react.

For instances of Bullying, I am not a bully, I don't mind patrolling with everyone, but I'f I'm not in the mood, I don't and if I'm angry I try avoid certain people I know I have had conflict with, or arguments.  I myself feel I am being bullied, and do not understand what this report is about. I tell people when I do not think something is right, or someone acts wrong, maybe this is my issue, that I trust people to keep things to themself and in context and understand my viewpoint and concern.

DSB says that I go to every FBI / SGT / LT, but that's the proper way to do, it, isn't it? If there was another person, Like I reported Mikal to LT Leon, even, I don't discrimiante on who I report, if  I think they are doing wrong, and I do not see that as if it is bullying. Because I feel morality is important, and if an officer is doing stuff which doesn't seem Moral, or seems wrong, I will say it to the SGT/LT or FBI.

The concern with Balla's did not lead to a bloodbath which I personally did not want to see, so I did the best.
It maybe wasn't protocal to take the suspect on foot, but without a car, and lacking the support of fellow officers, who did not understand what actually was the plan, and what actually we did not want, I personally decided, I will go with Mikal and lead from the front,to show other officers it was code 4, and not just a suspect running from mikal.

Throughout I was hoping for help from seniors but instead I was being told I'm unprofessional, and all I did was try and I do not remember there being even a direct order to stop and use force if they was not complying, but what hapepned I didn't personally thing was too bad, because in the end it prevented the bloodbath I would predict.

Sir, I post you a link in your pm if you want of where examples of Ballas lashing out violently, with guns,  when provoked with even non lethal things like spray, or baton.

Finally NExus came after there was argument started in /r with who is professional or not, and then he stood in the corner, the other officers left, and I queitly snuck away to join the Training by Dylan where I did really good, I joined the Training of Dylan but nothing was going on after he said to get in a car, I got in with Mikal. Mikal drived off when nothing was going on. I assumed Dylan was too busy and just gave up, and I said that I will return but there was a situation at GS9.
DarkShadowBlade was at the training also I remember, but I don't understand why he followed me and Mikal there, and I think right now as I type this, that it could have been all avoided if certain officers did not think they way they did about others and tried to work with them rather than against them.

I was like to Dylan what is up with training, and when he said it was still on, I rushed there. I didn't ask for what happened, or predicted it, but I tried to make the best out of the situation. At the training  I saw the suspects all get unsusepcted, and it shows that it didn't turn into a blood baht and the situation was ebing over hyped and not being considered properly the situation I was facing. I tried my hardest to convice the civilians to get out, but they just came in too witht he suspect, I thought they would stay outside. I asked several times for support but everoyne was either unwilling or busy, those that came did not really help and I tried to do good when faced with what could be very bad for everyone.

Sir, I don't fully understand what is the report for, but I have tried to post what I think will help to make understanding for you, if you need me to explain something I will and do not hate the people above me becuase they are higher ranks.

Final statement from Officer Mikal.

This complaint is regarding the following accusations put forward by Senior Officer DarkShadowBlade - "Improper handling of a suspect. Harassment towards other officer."

- Improper handling of a suspect.
There was some sort of incident at Idlewood, Ballas were stood in the road and refusing to move and myself and Officer InfernalCurse were the first on scene, Snr Officer DarkShadowBlade arrived on scene third, officer InfernalCurse had fired a warning shot which Snr Officer DarkShadowBlade somehow (god knows how) mis-took to be a shot from the at the time civilian Frank_Hawk, Snr Officer DarkShadowBlade then suspected civilian Frank_Hawk for "shooting in public" or something similar, after a small stand-off where multipul Ballas surrounded us the suspected Frank_Hawk refused transport to LSPD via patrol car and insisted he walk, to avoid a shoot out with the Ballas who are known for being very hostile towards police we agree'd to let him walk and followed him to the LSPD on foot, he was NOT surrendered hence my gun aiming in the following picture provided by me:

Upon arrival at LSPD the suspect Frank_Hawk was lead into the investigation room where his fellow Ballas/Farmer Ballas accompanied him in as 'witnesses' - They were asked to leave the room by other officers and as they refused they were also suspected, Frank_Hawk had requested a lawyer, the lawyer who turned up was Leon_Gvardia who eventually sat down and helped to calm the Ballas down so that the investigation could continue.

Eventually after dealing with the distractive moaning and false calls for assistance over the police radio from Snr Officer DarkShadowBlade the investigation was handled and all of the Ballas were let on their way without charge due to the following reasons:
- Frank_Hawk was falsely suspected by Snr Officer DarkShadowBlade as it was infact Officer InfernalCurse who had fired a warning shot at Idlewood, as witnesses and Officer InfernalCurse had confirmed.
- Officer DarkShadowBlade failed to turn up to the LSPD to provide evidence against suspect Frank_Hawk after being requested to by myself over the radio.
- The other suspected Ballas/Farmer Ballas in the investigation room were there as witnesses, which is allowed by law.

To explain short and simply, I have witnessed Snr Officer DarkShadowBlade shooting at suspects without /showbadge on first hand and so this is why I replied "What do you know about proper" - I don't believe it's right to go round preaching something you don't follow yourself and that is exactly what Snr Officer DarkShadowBlade does, he tries to look innocent and plays the non-guilty party when infact he is the guilty party in many situations, such as the one provided in Officer InfernalCurse's earlier statement where Snr Officer DarkShadowBlade was traffic stopped by an officer not involved in this investigation for 'reckless driving' but just did /sb and replied with "f**k off" then stated in this very complaint topic that he thought they were joking.

It looks and feels to me that if you dare go against any senior SAPD staff more than a few of them will go against you and do anything they can to ruin your image, I know Officer InfernalCurse makes alot of complaints againt senior staff (to senior staff in-game) and it really does look to me like he is being witch hunted by more than one person, it makes me happy that I withdrew my SAPD application as this organisation is clearly far from professional and has too many senior staff doing what they please, I'm a police officer who is here to enforce the law and be there for citizens only, I do not care about organised SAPD patrols or what other officers think of me, I'd rather be a normal good police officer than anything else and be expected to suck up to senior staff in order to get promotions or people on my side.

There was a situation where Frank Hawk pulled a gun on Mikal, and I was pelading in /r for people to secure his gun, and for help, I was powerless on my own, with Mikal trying to be tough and it seemed no superior was supporting me because they felt the way the suspect was transported was wrong, and therefor did not help me in a  critical situation.

This proves you were indeed handling the situation incorrectly and I did not leave, I simply backed away since the way you and Mikal were handling it would've led to a bloodbath.

Onto a more important subject from here is, if you "remember" these things that I'm proving false, I wonder how many other things you "remember." You're ruining the credibility and validity of your report. I don't need to state any more then to point out things from your statement. My chatlogs prove a lot about what you and Mikal (Espically Mikal) have done, and my reactions are nothing to scold me for but they were humane. Obviously I wont stick around a place if someone is going to make fun of me and when I ask them if "they think they can make fun of me" and they respond with "yes" obviously I will leave. The filter was used and is used in a way that it will only remove lines that do not include names that I listed. I listed Mikal, InfernalCurse, Luke_Rosso, DSB (Me), and various people from the situation.

If you believe I've been dishonest and edited my chatlog to remove crucial info, I have a unedited chatlog on the second and third post. I once again put my word on the line that I did not touch those chatlogs other then cut them in half since it was too large to post.

Aside this I will ask or await for either Plam Knight, Matthew, Luke Rosso, or Tassen to post here stating I was indeed at that ASID Meeting meaning I could not have been at the Training as Monte claims I was. I can confirm, DarkShadowBlade did not attend the training and was infact not even ingame at that point, he was last seen with Me in the meeting room spectating the investigation with Mikal and Frank, and then he decided to leave the server and go to our meeting what was held off the sever and was held on Teamspeak.

I have witnessed the situation about Frank Hawk.
Officer Monte and Mikal have indeed had a cruiser there but they rather decided to walk him to the LSPD with few of his mates around him, all armed and then there's Mikal whole time aiming with sawn-off shotgun.
Honestly, it looked like circus.. the suspect was not cuffed, other civilians which were armed and later started "riot" in LSPD were not asked to leave and they just kept walking like that to LSPD.
Safety of other civilians who were not involved into the actual situation was not ensured. As the suspect was not cuffed, he could run away anytime. His mates could hostage officer Mikal and Monte anytime.
They came to LSPD and have started investigation, the investigation room had over 4 civilians in there and plus the actual suspect.
Officer Mikal has told us in radio that they had everything under control and that they don't need any backup from higher ranks.
Few minutes later it escalates and officer Monte requests higher ranks because those ballas with the suspect started, let's say "rioting" and showing their guns around in the investigation room.
I then took over part of investigation and had to leave few mins later due to ASID meeting that was held, I contacted Nexus and asked him if he can continue the investigation but as he was busy, I asked in /r for another higher rank to continue it.

All in all, Officer Monte and Mikal have not ensured safety of other civilians which were not involved into the situation.
They also endangered lives of other officers who came and were unaware of what's going on.

1. When did I say that I didn't have a cruiser? I walked the ballas to the LSPD to avoid a shootout, they didn't want to go by car.
2. There was no riot in the LSPD, you are now talking nonsense.
3. The only citizens round were the ones that WANTED TO BE THERE AS WITNESSES.
4. The civilians WANTED TO BE THERE AS WITNESSES.
5. Everything was under control, except for Snr Officer DarkShadowBlade lying over the police radio saying it wasn't.
6. Complete and utter lie, Monte called backup then left himself because it was under control, no guns were out as I had requested their lawyer to control them and he did.
7. You didn't take over any of the investigation, there was a few interruptions by other officers (one of them was you) but other than that I did the whole investigation and got them all unsuspected, Nexus Riggs watched pretty much the WHOLE THING so he should be able to confirm who did what.
