I guess someone hasn't bothered to check the board rules...
Gruia, my only concern is your activity. Can you maintain decent activity on IV:MP with all your tasks on the other two servers on which you are playing? We've talked about it quite thoroughly so you know receiving a rank and then disappearing is not good. If you can maintain it, then I wish you good luck. Please start posting patrol reports and obtain your license as soon as possible.
Signed, Deputy Chief Petr Latch LCPD Command staff

Deputy Chief Petr Lach, I can assure you I've got enough spare time for this kind of work. Most of these ranks are currently forum-only work, so I can spare some time for IV:MP. I am not the kind of person who dissapears when attaining a certain rank. I am going to serve LCPD with my best knowledge. I am going to start posting patrol reports this weekend, and will get my driving license soon. I am not going to dissapoint you. I will come IG at least weekly.

Suspects killed and/or apprehended: 1 suspect killed with help from other officers
Traffic stops conducted: 1st traffic stop - 3 cars were standing very close to each other, no fine was deducted 2nd traffic stop - 4 cars were standing very close to each other, no fine was deducted
Incidents: At first, I saw 3 cars standing close to each other. I attempt to tell them to stay in their place. After a bit of negotiation, a man with a Biff truck pulls over and joins the crew. 2 men went out of their cars and started firing their shotguns until they heavily-injured me. I proceed to chase the suspect who deadly shot me, but because I jumped off a bridge, I couldn't catch up with him. 1 minute later, I receive good news from my fellow colleagues, the suspect was taken down! I proceed to a second traffic stop. 4 cars were standing in a row, near the gas station in Dukes. I thought they were about to start a street race, a deal or a suspicious activity, so I asked one of the drivers. I didn't have enough time to questionate him, unfortunately, because a suspect requested investigation. Before I even attempt to move my police car, a man flips his car over and lands near me. I have a quick brief conversation with him, but he didn't request an investigation of his accident, so I rushed to the investigation scene. When I got there, the investigation was over, but, I heard a report about a murderer. I chase him from Broker all the way to Alderney, but in the middle of the chase, I had to leave the patrol due to some real life work.
Conclusion: A day just as another one. Chases, traffic stops, investigations.

Suspects killed and/or apprehended: Warrior10 - public exposure of a weapon in public, failure to comply
Traffic stops conducted: N/A
Patrol time: 10:30 - 10:45 CET Partners: [Apt]GermanGun
Incidents: I was standing by Dukes gas station. There was some intense activity in that area. I noticed a man who was carrying a gun. I warned him multiple times, but he refused to put it away. He proceeds to use it on me, and gets suspected. I have a wild chase after him, and finally, officer GermanGun successfuly neutralizes him. Another criminal turns up, and shortly attempts to escape in a helicopter. I had no chance of catching up with him, and I also had to leave due to real life work.
Conclusion: Usual day. Criminals in the street and chases.

Traffic stops conducted: [Apt]kewlguy13x - stopped for a typical check after a 911 call Jerry_Trip - stopped for a typical check after a 911 call, found guilty of it - fined $50 for drunk driving
Patrol time: 16:30 CET - 17:30 CET Partners: [Apt]kewlguy13x, DinoKid123, 3 more officers
Incidents: After I got on duty, I notice a man who flipped his car. I proceed to help him, and I ask him several questions. Seconds later, a speeder rams the flipped car and hurts me badly. Officers investigated him and decided to let him go since it was an accident. I resume patrolling and I get a 911 call about a man who was drunken around the main gas station. When I get there, nobody is around the area, but moments later, a SUV passes by. I attempt to pull over the SUV, to ask if he knew about a drunken man around the area. He says that he was the 911 caller, and that a man in a sports car (that actually passed by me in that moment), was the drunken man. All units were in the process of looking for that sports car, when I get another 911 car. A crazy man around MGS wants a white car to be moved for a weird reason. I tell him that I need a valid reason for moving the car, then I proceed once again in finding the drunken man. I finally find the drunken man, and I pulled him over. After a brief conversation, I have the alcoholic measurement device check his alcohol level. He was indeed drunken, but he drank just one bottle. I tell him that it isn't safe to drive in a drunken state, and I fine him $50. He then tells me he's going to drive to his house. By that time, I also get a report about a murderer, but after a long chase, he managed to escape, unfortunately.
Suspects killed and/or apprehended: Genovese family members - all of them taken down for attempt of blowing FBI HQ, taking a hostage and initiating a shootout between police forces and themselves
Traffic stops conducted: N/A
Patrol time: 19:00 CET - 19:30 CET Patrol partners: [Apt]GermanGun, [Apt]Striker, Osamad, Dexieve, Joseph, [S*]Hurricane
Incidents: FBI HQ was full of some criminals who took a hostage and warned us that they will explode the HQ. I was running back and forth, trying to negotiate for the peace. I even managed to go through the back entrance, but then, a shootout began, ending with the death of all criminals.
Conclusion: A very stressful day.
