Description of events:
I saw officer Mikal couple times in nonmarked car while he was on-duty,i told him in radio,''Officer Mikal,please use marked vehicles,he told me ''I am ARPD Agent,i can drive everything''.

Hello,

I am SAPD Supervisory Staff Sergeant Nexus Dean' Riggs and  I will be handling this complaint from this point. At this time, please inform Officer Mikal regarding this report via in game PM, then include evidence of him being notified with time stamp. If you know any witnesses or anyone else who was involved with either you or Mikal, please note their names on your report and inform them as well. After you have done that, we will proceed with the report.

- RP evidence of the allegations (witness testimony / material evidence such)

How I speak over PM has nothing to do with the SAPD.
Now, you still have yet to provide evidence of me driving a civilian vehicle off duty and also saying "I am ARPD Agent,i can drive everything" - Which just sounds dumb.. I don't talk like that.

We would like to let you know that this report is now a matter of the administration. Furthermore, the incidents involving Officer Mikal are currently undergoing an investigation by the SAPD Command.

ARPD Commisioner also witnessed Mikal driving a civilian car during a chase, and warned all across /r radio to all that civilian cars are not to be used, Mikal had actually been driving a pd car intial observation and had changed to a civilian, only changed back to a police vehicle after the general warning.

Mikal had also tried to question the wording used I used at the time, and since it is also on this forum (and has been for many months) he has no valid comeback..

This was the evening of Tuesday 18th November..

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the November the 17th  2014, at 13:15 HOURS a report was submitted by Paris. as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- SAPD Supervisory Sergeant Nexus Dean' Riggs

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- Although the evidence provided by the reporter is inadmissible due to fact it is Non-RP, this report was taken under submission by the SAPD Command due to significant misconducts by Officer Mikal. The following activities were witnessed by the SAPD Command and supported by the ARPD Commissioner's testimony.

- For multiple times, Officer Mikal has utilized unauthorized unmarked vehicles whilst pursuing a suspect.
- For multiple times, Officer Mikal has acted inappropriately whilst on duty either by disrespecting other members of the force or by insubordination.

-- In conclusion, Officer Mikal will be suspended from duty for a period of 10 days

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via the ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
