Report against:
OFFICER'S NAME - REGULATIONS BREACHED

Description of events:
I was stopping Axe_Williams. When I was in the middle of the TS, about to give him a 100$ ticket. Officer CrazyManTR walked up and said: "Everything is alright you may go, NP."
He wasn't even a part of the Traffic stop.

Possible Witnesses:
Axe_Williams.

Evidence:
[13:49:36] JoshThePenguin(34) says: Pay the fine or face the concerquenses

[13:49:41] CrazyManTR(24) says: You Can Go.NP

[13:49:50] JoshThePenguin(34) says: Officer Crazy

[13:49:52] Axe_Williams(5) says: Officer said i can go

[13:49:57] JoshThePenguin(34) says: You have nothing to do with this traffic stop

First I will need you to contact Officer Crazy Man and inform him that he is being reported. Also take evidence of doing so and post this here.
After that the officer has 48 hours to post his statement otherwise we'll continue without his statement.

I was on duty at the time and observed the whole situation through the police radio. It turned out that ARPD Officers [NP]InfernalCurse (previously known as Monte Montague) and Mikal. have been encouraging this officer to act this way. I'd like to bring your attention to this because the reported officer might be not the only one to be mislead by the mentioned officers in such manner, and their overall on duty attitude is unacceptable and annoying towards the other officers.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the November 23, 2014, 14:07:11 HOURS a report was submitted by JoshThePenguin as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Officer CrazyManTR

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- Mr CrazyManTR should not have told the citizen that he was allowed to leave without paying the ticket
-- The officer was a new officer on duty

-- Officer CrazyManTR did indeed make a breach in the regulations, but as it is not a big offense and because he is an officer that new on duty, a verbal warning will be given to him when one of our command members can get in contact with him.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via the ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
