NOTICE

Certain sections of the Vice City Highway would be closed for civilians on Sunday, 7 December 2014.

VCPD announced that they are expecting a huge cargo of police equipment at 7:00 PM GMT. The shipment would be received by VCPD at Viceport, hence Dock Workers would be having a day off. VCPD personnel would be escorting the shipment to re-supply each of the 4 police departments, hence civilians can expect a heavily armed VCPD convoy driving through the city.

Officials commented about the rise in armed criminal activities in Vice City and justified their decision of moving a heavily armed convoy through the town. An Official quoted, "We are trying to tackle the illegal arms problem in this city. It is vital that the shipment intended for VCPD does not land in wrong hands."

A notorious International Arms Dealer has been rumoured to be trying to get his hands on the shipment, but the Navy has not met any challenge on the seas yet.

The /c time is currently wrong, which could be a little confusing. It displays the GMT time, but labels it as CET.
Will of course be fixed in the next server.

DC tells me that they have bought the stolen police goods and are now storing it in a safe location.
