Report against:
Habibi_Ethan - Misbehavior on duty, assault on a fellow officer.

Description of events:
I've been patrolling 'round city hall when I noticed Habibi_Ethan stunting on BMX, on middle of the road.
I then warned him over the radio to stop with the stunts or if he wants to continue, then to proceed off-duty, after which he answered "no thanks".
In the same time, officer HelloMyNameIsNexxt went on the side of the offending officer Habibi_Ethan claiming they are doing some kind of roof checking patrol, whatever it was.
Afterwards, officer HelloMyNameIsNexxt also misbehaved on the radio when I informed the offending officer that he will be reported.

This is Ethan, the reported officer.

This officer claims that I have assaulted him, which is not true at all. His allegation are false.
Yes, I was riding a bike at Pershing Square area and i'm deeply sorry for doing that. It's new year and we all having fun at the moment ingame. Imarkz is currently placing a dance floor and fireworks.

The officer claims that I attacked him, but non of those evidence shows that I attacked him. I was only having fun around, since it's new year and we all celebrating it together.
I got a witness, Officer Franklin.

Officer Matthew, don't kill others vibe man, damn...

This is officer Franklin "Khm" Pentangeli and I am a witness as stated above, I haven't seen any cop assaulting the other.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the December the 31st 2014, at 19:56 HOURS a report was submitted by Matthew as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Sergeant Dylan Parker

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- Officer Ethan Habibi did not assault officer Matthew, which is confirmed by a witness (Mr. Franklin "Khm" Pentangeli).
-- Officer Ethan Habibi did not act professional while being on duty.

-- In conclusion, officer Ethan Habibi will receive a verbal warning about his behaviour on duty.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via the ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
