TiMoN - REGULATIONS BREACHED

Description of events:
Well I was walking in the middle of the LSPD HQ, and then officer TiMoN hit me with his nightstick, I had only 1 HP left, he then not shortly after, hit me again. He did not warn me or nothing just beated me up to death. I was a civllian that was not armed, there was no reason to kill me.

(There was no admin on and I couldn't reported him on the Argonath website because it was down for ME, so I took it here)

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the Januari the 9th  2015, at 11:17 HOURS a report was submitted by LuisFTW as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Sergeant Andrew Banks

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- Officer TiMoN was reported for assaulting a civilian which he admitted to doing
-- It is not the first time officer TiMoN was mis behaving on duty.

-- In conclusion, officer TiMoN has admitted of the crimes that were said he had done, as this is not the first time officer TiMoN has commited offenses on duty he will be copbanned for four days for mis using duty weaponry and un needed assault on duty.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via the ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
