can any 1 tell me where to put my request ?

I'm pretty sure Teddy who is now the director of the FBI has a temporary forum set up, you can try contacting him for the forum link, I'm not sure if it is public or not. Otherwise follow the instruction to the topic that I sent you and it should get you all set up!

Then you might want to reconsider. No hard feelings, but in order to join FBI you must have above than average comprehension of English and ability to read, analyze and understand the information provided to you. If you are finding difficulties in reading very clear instructions, I tend to believe you will not meet the requirements needed :).
