Report against:
Clay Dixon and Happy Corleone - Killing an idle unarmed standing suspect.

Description of events:
Due to lag Pedro was carkilled by me and I quickly surrendered(by /hail) to Officer Albert Falcone after the incident. During the process of arrest Albert crashed and left me, I drove to a shamal to troll Leon but when I saw Albert logged in and pming me to come back to him(as I already surrendered), I told him to come lspd. I was standing at lspd waiting for Albert and in a sudden Officer Happy Corleone and Officer Clan Dixon came screaming freeze and shot me to death in couple of seconds.

Possible Witnesses:
Officer Alberto Falcone

Evidence:
Got nothing, no SS or anything cause it all happened in seconds.
