friends have decided to cancel my request to the Police Department vice city , why? well I decided to apply at the department of san andreas because I do not think it was made vice city for me so well ... see you in san andreas !
How else do you want me to put it? He's not active ingame and he talks out of his arse saying people don't roleplay as an excuse for his lack of commitment to the server. So yeah as I said before I think this application is a waste of time. I've seen some better candidates on the server, you just need to scout ingame instead of waiting on this guy.
You act as if VCPD actually have limited resources
The scripters are all VCPD, is it our fault that you have no copban? Also added to the fact, copban will be implemented in new scripts but will NOT be given to non-administrators.You act as if VCPD actually have limited resources
RIGHT.
Surely...
We have 10 percent, if not less of scripted support of what rest of ARPD branches have. (God knows how many years, and we still don't get a copban command). (Before you start saying that we do, we don't. That's not a copban command. It's more of a copkick command. The guy can just /kill and return to duty. )
The server populations is actually divided into VCPD and EAF/DC players. There are random bystanders who come in game, show interest for a week and then disappear once again (this applicant being a very good example). That may be the very core of the problem. Tedious application process. What makes you think that players who are interested in being a SWAT want to apply to VCPD, wait for god knows how long only then to realise that 1) VCPD is inactive all the way up to it's leadership 2) the SWAT he was interested in is INVITE ONLY (which makes no sense what so ever).
We don't just wait them to come here. We DIRECT them to come here. We tell them this place exists and that this is what they have to do to come and join us. Yeah, they apply, and in weeks time they either go inactive or discover SA:MP and abandon VC:MP. Not to mention the server is designed to exist for three months a year. It's once again partly dead. Under such conditions you cannot expect us to keep up a stable recruitment.

You want to talk about activity? You were "active" for what? A week? Great job on your part upholding the great activity the department has!
How come EAF has steady amount of players applying to join us after they visit the server couple times? Oh yeah, that's because we are actually there, ingame, welcoming the players, playing with them and teaching them how things work around there.
Stop trying to find something to blame your non-existant activity on and grow a pair of balls and TAKE THE RESPONSIBILITY. It is YOU who decide not to join ingame.
As for script support, have I seen you giving ideas as to what you want for the department? Have I seen you contribute in ANY way related to script support for VCPD?
I talked with Legend personally about what he wants for VCPD, and we decided what to implement and what not to implement and in the end it wasn't that much different from how it works now.
What is it that you think VCPD lacks in script support that other servers give? Weapons from Enforcer? Copban? Training procedure before becoming a cop?
The very best example of poor script support is the constantly post-poned return of the simpliest spike strip script.
