Title: what is going on i cant find my applaction for arpd

today i looked on the forms to see if any thing was on my application  but i cant find it i read the form for application missing but when i try to look at cadet a error comes up-
((An Error Has Occurred!The topic or board you are looking for appears to be either missing or off limits to you.)) how do i find my application ?
