Title: [SAPD COMPLAINT] - Mr.Black - He doesnt have one [CLOSED]

Name:Sean Kolta

Report against:
Mr.Black - Not following SAPD rules, shooting standing still suspect, carjacking, patrolling in non marked vehicle.

Description of events:
I came to the GS9 to refill my cruiser and saw Mr.Black coming with an infernus, he said to the suspect:
[16:55:21] Mr.Black(7) shouts: STOP or we will use FORCE!
[16:55:22] Mr.Black(7) shouts: STOP or we will use FORCE!
But the suspect was standing still doing nothing, then he shot him and killed him.

Possible Witnesses:
Truth_Svensson, also the suspect.

- Shooting Standing Still Suspect:
Suspect was given clear warnings that he needs to stop or force will be used. Suspect was avoiding me as the officer present on seen despite been given 2 clear warnings. After that the suspect seemingly tried to take out a gun from his waistline which is why I shot him down.
 
- Carjacking:
I don't get this part. When did I carjack anybody?

Patrolling in a non marked vehicle:
The infernus was used to get to the scene because my cruiser blew up and I found it on the way. As soon as the suspect was taken down, I returned to the cruiser.

I would like to counter that Sean Kolta has absolutely horrible attitude for an SAPD Officer. After informing him about a suspect's vehicle and location and stating "Please go get him", he replied with "Go get him yourself" again via the radio. Unprofessionalism, and disrespect towards fellow employees.

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the March the 11th 2015, at 16:19 HOURS a report was submitted by Sean Kolta as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Sergeant Pedro Cipone

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- The reported officer has been banned from the server.

-- In conclusion, the report will be closed since the reported officer is banned.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via the ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
