OFFICER'S NAME - Hele

Description of events:
A officer aim and shoot still citizens  i warn hiom there times to stop he dont i said to him i will report him

Only witness testimony will count towards this case as no RP pictures have been provided. I will take over this report and review it accordingly. Expect a result this weekend, until that time any further witness statements are welcome

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On April the 4th  2015, at 17:53 HOURS a report was submitted by Dimos as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Chief Of Police J Treharne

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- Only witness statements will be counted towards the investigation as they are the only viable RP evidence given.
-- Two People have confirmed the report one being a witness and the other the reporter, however the statements are not in great detail.

-- In conclusion, on looking over the statements made i feel that the incident in question did occur and as such find the officer guilty of misconduct and issue a official warning. In future i recommend more detailed witness statements as they will be required should the case be more complicated.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via the ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.
