Report against:
Philip_Ancelotti - Shooting at cops

Description of events:
Me, and SkyNet were handling a suspect near LSPD, he wasn't armed, so we were dealing with the spray and bat, and Philip came out of LSPD, and started shooting at me and him. He almost killed me with his deagle, as he killed the suspect too.

Although this is a concerning matter your report isn't valid since you didn't collect the evidences in a Role-Play way.
Unless you have some kind of Role-Play evidences such as a dashcam footage, CCTV, nothing can be done.

I've witnessed Phillips multiple regulation breaches, killing standing still suspects, corruption, assaulting officers, etc etc.

You name it, I've seen it.
Didn't actually film any of it tho... I think...

STATEMENT IN REGARDS TO THE CLOSURE OF THIS REPORT

On the April 16th 2015, at 09:33 HOURS a report was submitted by Liviu as a lawful citizen of the United States of Argonath.
Since then, an investigation has been conducted by the SAPD command staff member:
- Sergeant Luke Nagington

The summary and conclusion of the report has now been decided and will be released to the public.

-- I have reviewed the complaint to find there is a distinct lack of Roleplay evidence submitted in this report.
-- We gave ample time for both parties to add or comment on the report and to submit more evidence but neither has happen.

-- In conclusion, I find the officer not guilty of the complaint that has been placed against him and therefore am closing this report.

If the verdict of this report seems unfair to anyone, you can report this to a Deputy Chief via the ARPD Forum PM and we might reopen the case if your argument is valid enough.

He's been copbanned multiple times in the last few months. I fully support this report even tho there isn't many evidence.
I've seen him breaching multiple regulations too.
