How long have you played on Argonath RPG? 4 - 5 months probly longer
How long have you played as a freecop? not really sure.. quite a long time
Are you a United States of Argonath Citizen (do you have a passport)?: yes
Have you got a driver license issued by AVDriving school?: yes
Have you read "How To Become A SAPD Officer" in General chat?: yes.. over 5 times
Have you got any criminal records?: nope.. none that i know of...
Are you able to use Team Speak with a Microphone?: yes
Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department?: i like helping to stop criminals and illegal activities and helping the comunity...
Describe yourself in few sentences: helpfull to all.., fast reaction time and really good at stoping speeding vehicles to prevent illegal immagents, and criminals form getting away...

You will be observed during your time on duty on occasions unofficially to attain suitability to become an officer (it is unlikely you will be aware of some of this as we use cover names too!).

Learn the regulations and carry out cop work to the best of your ability in the meantime. This will give you the experience to make it into SAPD and will also give you a chance to really see if its what you want.

You are NOW a Police Cadet and are expected to work in a manner to show respect to both the general public, other SAPD members and Federal services.

We will contact you when we see fit regarding training and testing, AND pestering officers may delay this.
Remember we will contact you, not the other way round.

cops involded: Sergeant Bianconeri, cadet Madboi and freecop Josh_page

Today while working i heard things on the radio which wasnt good,
i asked both cops to come into LSPD to look what is wrong,
there i was listening to both stories, which putted together came to this:

both cops were chasing a suspect, Josh arrived first and was in hand to hand combat with the suspect,(unarmed suspect)
Josh had full health(after medical investigation) at that moment, so his life wasnt in danger
then Madboi arrived at the scene, stepped out of the car and killed the suspect with his shotgun and while doing that
shot the other cop, who had to go to the hospital to remove the bullets

final conclusion:
madboi has been warned for:
-unauthorized usage of default gear following the rules at http://arpd.argonathrpg.com/index.php?option=com_smf&Itemid=34&topic=1172.0
(the first part of it, points 1) and 2) of when allowed to shot)

-putting the life of another cop in danger by shooting on suspect with the cop there too(Josh was wounded after it)
-language
-disrespectfull behaviour against high ranked officer*

*also when we arrived at the end of the investigation, the cadet just walked away while we were still
investigating, which is very disrespectfull against the higher ranked officer(in this case me as Sergeant)

i was watching his HP which went down while in a fist fight with the suspect who had previously tried to kill me inside the LSPD garage,
by destroying my PD Cruiser and driving over me..

when i took the shot i knew the risks and only fired once the other cop was out of sight of harm.
Therefore i did not harm him in any way with either of the 2 shots i took...

Official report should be made in "Report to Leaders" section, as [ALS]MadBoi is already SAPD Cadet...

this is completely based on stories from them both,
and both lines crossed each other good, therefore i could have given a warning

you didnt had to add anything,
you 2 only started to flame again to the other.

and i never wanted to report this,
only as ingame warning, but then you in the middle of it walked away,
