Title: It is about that time
Post by: LukeN on June 13, 2015, 23:36:11 pm: So I was thinking about doing this for sometime then I got the rank I have always wanted. I have then unfortunatly dropped activity and have therefore lost my rank. This however has come as a shock and had no conversation about it. Which seems to be what is happening with all the SAPD and all the changes I think I speak on behalf of a lost of present and past officers that there are to many changes and to many people being dragged about which is why I see so many leaving. It has been a long journey for me in the SAPD. From my first few shifts in LVPD with Tom Adams, through to traings from Mike, Mega and many more. Not only that I have been able to work along side some amazing people most recently, Mang, Denzel and Luca. I thank you all very much. I had an amazing time and a great opportunity in leading ASID when that was around and active and I met some great people in doing that. Thank you all who have helped achieve what I have done and some great memories created. I will probably regret this but I havent been getting the same buzz from the PD recently as I once did. I would like you to define what is a good officer to you, because saying that so many great officers leaving the SAPD doesnt make sense, since you are not even inside the SAPD to even talk about its members.

You were a reliable officer back when I needed you to do some investigative work for me, and that was my first lenghty interaction with you and that was really great. You owned to the task 100%. You're a hard worker who just fell short of a requirement, and that happens to all of us some time or another no matter what role they hold. I wish you the best with what the future holds in store for you, you've been great!

I've got a lot of stuff to juggle irl too and getting one step closer to achieving my goal is one thing working hours increasing is another so commitment to the SAPD did drop it was a great journey and I will still be around just don't know as what.
