that his RP isnt that good, everyone knows that, else he wouldnt be banned that much,
but i hope he has improved now, after all those bans he should learn something from it,
so the ARPD leaders should really watch him carefully before accepting,

He had changed a lot... he is not rulebreaking anymore, he is trying to learn english and rules. He is doing great so far...
And we watch carefully everybody before accepting :)
