Autobiography (One hundred words minimum): Frank Neville is a 27 year old african american male. Frank was born in Santa Flora's Hospital, located in San Fierro west side.
His family was rich and they lived in Ocean Flats, but Frank's father gambling addition betrayed him and he ended up losing most of his family cash, progressively leading him to getting into huge debts. To avoid those debts, his father gathered his family one day at night and escaped to Los Santos with all the cash that was left.
Frank childhood was a bit shady due to him suffering from bullying in school for being the only black kid in his class, which eventually led him to become agressive over the time. By the time Frank dropped out of school, he was on the look for a job.
After searching for many jobs, but being unfit for them, he joined the army, which gained him the skill to survive and how to use a weapon.
When turning 27, Frank got reunited with a friend of him who was a police officer, who gave him inspiration to fill in a job application at the local precint.

Why do you wish to continue progressing in the SAPD? (One hundred words minimum): From what I've seen the last few days, SAPD has been acting way different, I'm seeing much more professionalism and teamwork, something that was never seen in the past, and because of this I feel like the PD is becoming a more roleplay-friendly group than just a orange hunt one, which makes me want to join.
I feel like I could use some new roleplay style as I've never been a cop for long, also looking forward to build some comradeship and having fun with all of you, learning new things while in there, arresting criminals, creating new roleplay scenarios with other groups.

After a careful examination of your background, I saw that you change your mind a lot, and go inactive ALOT... Now tell me how we can trust you that you wont do it again?

Since the beginning of this year I barely went inactive ALOT, the most was probably 2 weeks at most so I have no idea on what you're talking about.
About how I change my mind, if you are talking about the past application I had, I didn't change my mind, basically I was given a choice to choose between SAPD or my previous group, and I chose my previous group but seeing the group has died, I am trying to return to SAPD.
Hope I cleared it out.

Our background checks go as far as 2011 that's where inactivity comes. If there a new cool group, or if your groups comes back will you choose to go back?

2011, wasn't expecting it to go that far.
Yes, I go through periods of huge inactivity indeed, since we're talking about 2011, I cannot recall the reason of the inactivity, but to be honest it probably had to do with me being bored in the game or finding another thing to do.
And if a "cool" group appears or my old group decides to revive, I won't go back. Simply because I've never returned to a group, taking 18th aside, which closed back in Mayif I'm not mistaken and then came back last month. Also, during 5 years of my time in Argonath, much of my time has been as a criminal, so I guess it's time for a breath of fresh air.
