Are you a United States of Argonath Citizen (do you have a passport)?: yes
Have you got a driver license issued by AVDriving school?: yes
Have you read "How To Become A SAPD Officer" in General chat?: Yes
Have you got any criminal records?: No
Are you able to use Team Speak with a Microphone?: Yes
Why do you want to join San Andreas Police Department?: Becouse i wana fight crime and keep SA a clean city
Describe yourself in few sentences:i always play as a cop wherever i can i love doing it and  its fun and alot of action

Application is being REJECTED due to following reasons:

• Cadet grossly violated police law - unauthorised usage of deadly force against federal agent.

Case Closed

Description: Cadet Phonix clearly and grossly violated the police law. Unauthorised usage of deadly force against other policeman or Federal worker is leading to badge removal. For his luck, he did not pass officer exam with Captain Ghost. I hope it will not happen again, however this behaviour will have influence on his further SAPD Career.

Actions taken: Cadet kicked out from SAPD Academy, SAPD Application is being rejected.
